First time using this company and sorely disappointed. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mums 70th Birthday. Arrived a day early which was not a problem, however certainly not as described or pictured on their website. Very cheap looking could have gotten a luxury bouquet for cheaper and better quality from my local supermarket chain. Needless to say have returned them for a refund and sorry to say won't be using this company again

Hi l received a picture of the poor quality, feeble excuse of the flowers l ordered for my friends birthday, l was totally embarrassed by them!! I will never use this company again

Unfortunately the photo of the flowers I ordered and the flowers which arrived were worlds apart. When my wife sent me a photo at work of the flowers she'd received, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I could have purchashed a much better looking bunch for £10 in Asda. Also, the chocolates looked like they'd just been bought in a sweet shop. I would have expected them to come in a presentation box.

I have ordered on several occasions from bunches and everything has been perfect however on this occasion I ordered a Christmas cheer bunch of flowers and was very dissapointed when I saw what had arrived at my mums- nothing like the photo online at all. Will not be using bunches in the future and will not be recommending to friends and family. Such a shame!

The flowers were due to arrive on 2 December.Today is 6 December & they have still not been delivered. I ordered these flowers for my brother's wife on the anniversary of my brother's death. I have used your company on several occasions with no problem.I am very disappointed with the service this time. I await your comments. Beryl Aguado.

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, unfortunately this is not our traceable option but Royal Mail do assure us that a calling card will be left if no one is at home when they attempted to make a delivery. Not arranged as expected, described as beautiful feminine arrangement, was bunches placed in box for recipient to arrange. The colour ordered was not the same received, wanted pink and got purple.

My granddaughter sent these flowers and cake for my birthday but what a disappointing they were hardly any flowers and cake minuscule certainly not value for money, she is only 16 and worked hard for that money

Bunch was too small, paid for close, paid for delivery before 12 on a Sunday, they were late! Telephoned to complain and asked for feedback, heard nothing. Very disappointed ????????

This was the first time I've used Bunches. With today's technology utilising tracking of orders & deliveries, I still do not know whether the flowers have been delivered.

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation but unfortunately this is not our traceable option. I was asked quietly by a member of family how much I had paid for the flowers and advised that I should probably contact yourselves for a refund as the flowers were of very bad quality. I went to the recipients address 2 days after the delivery and he flowers were nowhere to be seen, 8 assume as they were dead and horrible. I have spent nearly £20 only to feel embarassed for what I have sent to my mother.

My birthday plant was not accepted and was returned as i had given the wrong business address. Instead of notifying me immediately so that we could arrange delivery to the correct address, i had to chase up to be told a week later that the plant was now dead!!!!! Unbelievably bad customer service. i have used bunches before but will certainly not be using them again, there are plenty of other online florists to chooses from. Very poor customer service and follow up.

I did not get the product advertised . What I received was something worth £5 the quality was horrendous ... it also went to the wrong address on the wrong date .. when I called to complaint I was told pictures used for marketing purposes I would never order again

First and last time I will order with bunches, ruined our anniversary. The roses arrived half dead so we added water and flower food and still no better. I am very disappointed
