flowers arrived early on requested day. unfortunately 3 of the flowers had broken flower heads. but will use again. hopefully all flowers intact.

When I chose the bouquet for my best friend. The autumnal look seemed to fit the bill. On the picture it showed a picture of the flowers in a pink vase, and the caption. "Vase Included". There was a 10% discount, which was nice, but I would have chosen that arrangement, regardless of the discount. However, when I asked my friend if the pink vase was included, she said no, but something small, which kept the flowers nicely in place. I am still perplexed, as to what really was received vase-like. She was delighted with the flowers, which she said were lovely. I just think it was misleading.

I ordered a bunch of flowers on 21/10/19 to be delivered on 5/11/19 for a special occasion. They were not delivered until 6/11/19 although the money was taken for them in October. When I pointed out my disappointment, the matter was dealt with very quickly and sympathetically. It was resolved to my satisfaction

The flowers may appear tired after their journey and so will need a big drink to help them perk up, By following the simple care instructions leaflet this should help the flowers to grow and bloom. Beautiful flowers and well presented but didnt last as long as supermarket flowers purchased the day before they arrived.

Please be aware that if you order to ANY business address, whether you are in a single storey building or one with 30 floors, your order will be left in reception for anyone to take. It will NOT be delivered to your actual office. Apart from that, which was extremely disappointing, the flowers and price were good.

the 20 stems of freesias ordered arrived in good time but were rather travel worn and have not lasted as well as I might have hoped. however, value wise they were competitive with supermarket prices. The reason I chose Bunches was to ensure arrival for a 55th wedding anniversary as local supplies could not be guaranteed.

Flowers OK delivery needs sorting. Rang doorbell but did not give time to open door especially as I was about to open it. Did not give any time but left on outside path not even in the safe point. I have complained to the delivery company not even the courtesy of a reply. David Butler.

I ordered flowers for my sister in law as a treat as she's finished her chemo treatment. I used a code so received £10 off but I was shocked when she sent an picture as the bouquet was half the size of what is being advertised on line. For this reason I won’t be using bunches again as you can’t falsely show what’s should be sent and receive some thing different. Looks like from other reviews other customers have had the same experience. However delivery was on time and ordering was easy.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I was not all that impressed with the flowers that I ordered for my daughter for her birthday the card and balloon were separate and the arrangement was poor considering the price they couldn't go wrong with the bottle of prosecco I shall not be ordering from Bunches again will go elsewhere.

I ordered a large bunch of flowers. These were sent to a special friend who is an 81 year old lady. She compared them with the ones I had sent previously using another flower company. She felt the previous company was better. However she still enjoyed them.

As I only send and do not see the flowers I do not know the quality of the product. The price varies. This month one bunch was marked at £16 but suddenly was reduced to £8, but then it cost £17 recently for a more insignificant bunch. Sometimes it is very expensive.

I've always been really impressed with the service in the past but not this time. The flowers were late and so missed the birthday occasion. When I contacted Bunches to register my disappointment they didn't bother to reply. The only reason I have marked them as acceptable is that my mother did eventually receive her flowers and they were as described.

I have used bunches many times and out of all the times there have only been a few times there have been issues overall I have been satisfied with the service and quality of the products
