Flowers were delivered on time and of day selected but was disappointed on the quality of the roses as most of them had curled up tainted shrivelled petals which spoilt the overall look of the flower . Was expecting better quality for the price paid.

This is my first purchase from Bunches and I'm afraid it will be my last .I purchased flowers for my Daughter as she had split from her boyfriend . The flowers arrived the day before I specified but that would have been ok if the flowers had been worth it but I could have purchased a similar bunch for half the price from my local petrol station . So disappointed

Very small boquet for the money, flowers are OK once opened but not good value for money compared with others,

I paid over £50 for a bunch of roses for my girlfriend for valentines day. I paid extra for the 'luxury roses'.When they arrived, half of them were dead and they looked like they had been picked up in a local garage. I was actually quite embarrassed giving them to her and couldn't apologise enough. I can safely say I will never order off there again.

Bunches were very helpful, but unfortunately royal mail delivered late, and flowers ruined. Bunches did offer to replace. Would recommend always selecting courier option for delivery!

The sevice in terms of order and delivery was very good as usual Unfortunately the flowers provided on this occasion were of poor quality and were effectively dead in 2 days. An e mail complaint has already been sent

I asked delivery for 13/2/16 specifically but the flowers were delivered on 12/2/16 - disappointed as the person who I wanted to surprise with was not there to answer the door.

I have used your company for many times and have had good service and quality My recent order was not very good in that the flowers was bare minimum and seemed less than other times My other half was not impressed aswell

Flowers did not look great when they arrived. I had asked for delivery on the 12 February and they arrived on the 11th. Because they were not great I couldn't charge the guest who had requested them so am out of pocket

Thank you for your comments, We send our flowers with royal mail which takes 1-2 working days to deliver. So we can not guarantee any of those specific dates. we ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date, so that a special occasion is not missed. Delivery for valentines arrived at 5pm very disappointing as most of the day had gone and good job I ordered something else or I would have been in hot water. You need to change your delivery company as I will not and cannot rely on this time slot for flowers. Quality of flowers and hamper were good but let down by the very long wait.

The delivery for the hampers is an all day guaranteed delivery to arrive on a selected date of your choice, although it is an all day delivery so can arrive up to 6pm. Flowers arrived on Friday its now Monday and the flowers look nothing like the picture online they have opened up as they were sent in bud form but not at all like the picture online very disappointed

Disappointed some buds had already gone over due to lack of water and the crystals on the butterfly stalks are already dropping off Wish I had gone elsewhere

The bunch of flowers in the picture were NO what was received . No where near the stems in the photo . I was embarrassed to see them as gift for a friend .

I paid for my mothers 80th birthday flowers to be delivered by 1pm on February 9th. when I spoke to her around 7pm that evening they still had not arrived and no note left to apologise. They turned up later in the evening not as fresh as they should have been. Very disappointed.

My parents weren't in when the flowers I sent were delivered which meant they were taken to the delivery office. By the time my parents were able to pick them up, they weren't in a good condition.

Been a Bunches customer for approaching 10 years now and today received a very disappointing bunch of flowers for my girlfriend. Despite my comments and a photo of said flowers, I received a 'looks ok to us' style message with no offer of a replacement. Time to shop elsewhere.

My friend sent me a photo of the flowers she received on the 10th February. I was very disappointed with them and also the mini balloon was very small., not impressed at all
