I have ordered an additional flower for 2£. Unfortunately, it was not included in the existing bunch of flowers but just randomly added to the side. That did not look very nice and definitely not as I expected.

items was not as describe, very poor amount of flowers. item did not look as if it was in the picture. i paid for extra items which i i was disgusted of the lack of chocolates where sent, will not be using this company again

Ordered a bouquet from this company but was very disappointed when it arrived. It arrived in a flat cupboard box which squashed some of the blooms and was very small for what I paid. Company have offered to refund my money if I return the bouquet but it was intended for a Birthday gift so I just have to make the best of a bad thing as there is no time to do anything now. Will not be using them again.

I'm very disappointed as I ordered a balloon for Valentine's Day and chocolates for my girlfriend and the balloon said happy birthday on it such an embarrassing moment I don't know if I should try again or not....

Normally i don;t have any issues with your delivery. But they should have arrived mon or tue? they didn't arrive until thursday and no chocs with the flowers.

Whilst the ordering process was very easy and the delivery turnaround was fantastic, my mother received a completely different flower arrangement than the one that I ordered. I ordered the Birthday Azalea Gift which was shown a single (pink) azalea plant in a pot. What she received was an arrangement (not a plant) of yellow flowers and no azalea. I appreciate that you have to work with what you have in stock and I wouldn't have been too annoyed if it had been a similar colour azalea, but the fact that it was completely different was really not acceptable. My mother hates yellow! I chose the Birthday Azalea gift specifically because that's how it was advertised. If it cannot be provided, it should not be sold as a specific product with that description, or at least i should have been contacted to see if the alternative option was okay. I would not consider using Bunches again unfortunately because I would not be comfortable that I would be getting the product that I have paid for. Apologies for the delay in delivering this feedback.

Unfortunately although I was advised there was a 2 day window for postage again given the dates of 29th and 30th Jan, the delivery was not made until 1st February and nobody was home resulting in the flowers being left at the post office, yet to be collected due to work commitments. I have completed wasted my money.

Having used you for a number of years I was very disappointed with my last order, these were for my wife. And gave me a chance to see what I was receiving. Normally I send to receipients unseen and they politely advise how pleased they were. I found this order for my wife to be very disappointing, I did not know that the size of the carnations was to be micro and certainly not reflective of your illustration. Certainly not value for money. Patrick

I sized up to large but have just received a tiny bunch of flowers which can't possibly be worth £26. Nothing like the picture which is probably 4 large bunches in one.

As your records will show I have been a fairly regular customer and have been pleased with your service but on 29th January I was the recipient of a bouquet (despatched 28th January) and was very disappointed. Many of the flowers were almost dead and there were no chocolates. I am extremely disapponted that you have not bothered to reply to the above. My friends and I will not be using your services anymore.

Have used this service before with no problems however this time i am very disappointed with the service my order didn't arrive at ALL, yes i was offered a replacement but for the day after it was supposed to be delivered not at all happy

Was very disappointed, the flowers were sparce and could have got a bigger bouquet in a supermarket for half the price ,also was delivered on the wrong day . Will not order again .
