Received red roses on the 14 February . By Wednesday half of them were dead. My wife was really disappointed. we both know how to care for flowers , but there was nothing more we could to . Hope to here from you soon .

I paid extra to guarantee delivery of Valentine flowers on my chosen day - the 15th - because my wife was away over the weekend. I was promised in advance that I would be contacted on 15th and given a 1 hour slot when the flowers would be delivered. Imagine my surprise when they were delivered half way through the 14th! Unfortunately by the time my wife got home at teatime on 15th the flowers were not at their best having been out of water far too long. I am not happy with this service. Guaranteed on 15th means exactly that, not no later than 15th which would make 14th ok for delivery!!

Wanted my Valentines Gift to be so 'special' for my partner on Sunday 14th February 4 Valentines Day!" I paid quite a substantial amount of money for it & was 'so' disappointed with the result when I came home from work(a 'very' busy shif!") When ordering on line it came across much larger(the flower display) a 'box' of chocolates,two red love hearts at the bottom of the display and a larger balloon, that's what I saw,thats why I wanted it delivered on that day(maybe I need to go to 'specsavers', I think 'not?") I have ordered other 'floral' arrangements on line from other companies & have 'not' received this disappointment, from this amount of money being paid!" I am 'not' being a 'difficult' customer towards you,just being 'honest', that's what you want,isn't it?" The actual flower display was 'beautiful', just 2 SMALL!" I was hoping to use your sevice again & close friends of mine for Mother's Day,have to be honest with you, 'not' so impressed!" A possible discount on my next purchase or a 'free' bouquet' of red roses(I Love") would be very much 'appreciated', which would be a 'very' professional sevice offered, I have worked in customer service myself!" Flowers were smaller than I'd expect for the price and were a little dry. Although they did perk up in some water I didn't think it was very good value for money. Turned up on time though.

Received a very small bunch of flowers. Not what was expected espically as these were for valentines day. Very dissapointed.

Although the flowers I received were of a high quality they were not what was ordered which was very disappointing luckily my partner was not aware of what had been ordered and was happy with her flowers but I was not happy don't think I will use you again. I know it was valentines weekend and you would have been busy but not really an excuse.

Flowers arrived and where left at the porter instead of calling the stated number and directly handing them over to my girlfriend. No call, not text message nothing! Also the porter was not instructed to inform her. So she didn't receive any flowers for valentines day this year :( :( :(

Very dissapointed. Ordered a bunch of 12 valentines mixed roses. Message card was not included despite being written on the order. Some of the roses looked sorry for themselves on arrival and 2-3 days later 6 of the 12 roses are wilting and look half dead. No plant food included either which is disappointing given the money being spent . Would not recommend or use again.

Would not describe the bunch of flowers we received as luxury. Cheap looking plastic wrapper around flowers. Disappointed.

Flowers arrived on time as promised however they where of poor quality and not good value for money, ASDA have much much better for £15

I have used Bunches many times, and usually get a good service from them. I have had to call the office more than once, and the staff dealt with my calls politely and efficiently every time. The flowers I have had in the past have been delivered punctually and have been good value. This Valentines day, however, I received a bunch of scrawny roses, very small, and some withered at the edges. The accompanying card and chocolates were so cheaply produced and wrapped, that I was embarrassed. What did I pay? something like £36. On valentines day itself I went into Morrisons, where I saw bunches of 12 roses, looking better than the ones I had had delivered from you, for, guess what? £5 a bunch. OK. you can say that the flowers take a little while to bloom, that there is delivery etc. and that the chocolates and card were free. But this is Valentines day! I wanted to spend money sufficient to give my wife a special gift, and what she received seemed cheap and tawdry. The roses were all small, but even so were different sizes, and tatty at the edges. Of course neither of us said anything, but I know her standards and I was embarrassed. I am sorry to have to write this, because I am grateful for the service I have had from Bunches to date. It would have been better not to have sent the card and the chocolates; if they are supposed to represent the love one feels for one's wife, then she must have thought that I didn't care much for her. I would much rather pay for a good quality card and gift, than to have to give her what you sent.

although the goods arrived when scheduled and expected i was a little upset by the quality of the Flowers when you look at the price i paid for them, was expecting a much larger bunch at least, its a shame because everything else seemed to be pretty good and i was pleased with the website, pleased with the ordering process and again the delivery and the packaging. having a new partner i would have liked to have a supplier which would have the qualities as your company does to order with ease and more often but sadly due the end product i wont be ordering again from you. regards Edward Robberts

I love the website and the pictures are lovely, it's clear and easy to use. What i was shocked with was the photo thanking me for the lovely flowers. There were so few stems of flowers, in the photo online i have counted at least 10-12 stems within the same bunch i purchased, on seeing the photo of what was delivered i could count half that amount. This is a real shame as will put me off using you again.

Whilst the flowers were delivered within the timeframe, the roses themselves were a little disappointing considering they were well over £30. Quite ragged condition with wilting foliage and no food or card included in the price. The chocolates that came with them were basically a small bag of cadbury's buttons. By way of comparison, my daughter received a £25 bunch from Waitrose on the same day that were pretty stunning by comparison. Fresh, large headed roses with plenty of accompanying foliage wrapped impressively and with food to sustain them and a card. I absolutely get the delivery overhead that has to be factored in, but will think hard before making further purchases unless the recipient is some distance away.

very dissappionted will not order again . flowers 4 stars ballon 1 star chocolates 1star balloon and chocolates were a lot smaller than expected. not as picture online . compared to last year from local shop.
