Recipient thought flowers were not value for money and content was very poor. To quote, " supermarket flowers just thrown in a box"

Really disappointed with the amount of flowers for £20. Just 3-4 more flowers would have made a difference. Bought as a birthday gift but slightly embarrassed when saw them in the vase as it looked so sparse. Will not be using bunches again

ORDER ARRIVED ON TIME. FLOWERS WERE AS ILLUSTRATED, A GREAT BUNCH OF GOOD QUALITY OF WELL MATCHED COLOURS. ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY ONLY LASTED 4 DAYS. WHAT A SHAME.

Flowers were delivered a day early, spoiling the surprise. Have now written twice to the company including details of order, but had no response since initial contact. Very poor service - will not use again.

For the amount of money that I paid I was disappointed. The amount of flowers were very small the balloon tiny for a birthday wish and the birthday cake so small it was only four mouthfuls. I expected better value for money compared to other places that I have used

Sent to my Mother in a care home but managed to see the flowers myself.They were not in bud form as described and the chocolates were not in a box but chocolate buttons in a bag.Will not use this company again.

Hi I ordered flowers to be delivered on a birthday on 22/2 but instead they were delivered on 20/2 when none was at home and was not the actual birthday! If I had wanted them delivered on 20th I would have said so! Also the size of the Bunch was disappointing.

Went with your company due to price, I can now see why you were the cheapest online retailer as I have picked up similar quality bunches from supermarkets and petrol forecourts for a fraction of the price.

In all honesty, I wss disappointed with mums birthday flowers. They were delivered on Saturday and by Sunday when we went to see her, the Gerberas had all flopped and the chrysant flower petals were falling. They were in fresh water with plant food not near heaters. I felt sorry for mum as all I could do was apologise and say that I wouldn't use the same company again.

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture that I ordered. Alot smaller. Very disappointed.

Good value for money, the flowers were nice and fresh, size and amount was what I expected. Unfortunately the cake was cracked across the top and delivery turned out to be a real problem. I had asked for late afternoon but was informed the night before that delivery would be in the morning, I was given the option to change delivery to a shop for self collection or for the next day. As there was no one else to sign for the gift at delivery address and next day was missing the point of ordering for a birthday, I opted for shop delivery. However once this was confirmed I was informed that only I or the named recipient could collect with photo ID. I had brought online as I live in Germany and not able to deliver myself, so this was clearly not an option. Similarly this was supposed to be a surprise so not great that the recipient has to go and collect themselves. After selecting shop options I was then told I couldn't change. The deliverers were unsympathic and unable to offer any other choices. Not sure why I paid for delivery in the end should have asked birthday girl to pick her own flowers out at a shop of her choice. Suprise ruined I won't use this service again sorry

I bought them for my daughters engagement. I asked her to send me a photo, I was very disappointed they didn't resemble the photo on you web site. I am unlikely to use Bunches again, very poor value for money

Flowers were left outside front door without knocking. Not sure if they were delivered on the correct day or a day late as the recipient was an elderly lady who doesn't go out every day.

Ordering process was great, quick and easy. Received an email to say I'd get a tracking number the morning of delivery, but I never received this tracking number. Irises dead in bud and freshias didn't even last a week, very disappointing!! Have ordered from Bunches before and flowers have been great quality, but this time were very poor! Such a shame, won't be using this company again.

I didn't get email telling me a time period when the flowers would arrive as I was told I would on the morning of 14th February. Flowers were then delivered at 16:30 with no prior notice that they were going to be delivered.
