Totally ruined bunch of flowers were a mess broken stems and battered about will never use again .I left a message on your web site the day they were delivered but heard nothing

The order was with DPD for two and a half days. When they arrived the box was battered and some of the stems broken and some dead flowers. For what I paid I could have bought them in our local supermarket for £10. Customer service never bothered to reply to any of emails that I sent them

Very disappointed with my purchase. The freesias were in poor condition and had absolutely no scent. Definitely not worth £27.

Delivered flowers were nothing like the same as on website. Could have got much nicer flowers in supermarket or local garage. Very disappointed

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have been unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I live in Peru and every year I sent flowers to my daughter who lives in London. This year the experience was awful! My daughter was working from home all day but she didn’t receive the flowers. I kept following the tracking code through royal mail web page and the last information was “on the way to be delivered”. She never received the flowers and I received a message the day after that she couldn’t be found!

I chose just freesias and gypsophila for my daughter as a special thank for something. They were fully out when they arrived on the Sunday morning and looked beautiful, but by Wednesday they were looking unhappy, by Thursday a quarter of them were dropping badly and the others were starting to go the same way and looking sad. As they were supposed to last for a week this was very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

The flowers came and they were practically dead. The little cake that I ordered on the side was as hard as a rock. I will never order from bunches again.

Not delivered on time m, customer service awful flowers sat in a box at the post office for 2 days!!!! Will not use again.

Very disappointed. Have used many times in the past, but shall not use again. Flowers were in full bloom when delivered, not in bud. After 2 days blooms were already tired and sad.

Bouquet was poor quality, half the size of the image on the website with the majority of the bouquet being daisies and leaves. Complaint raised and requested a refund but still awaiting confirmation on this. Would not recommend this company.

Bouquet delivered was NOTHING like the one advertised on their website. I did complain, but to NO avail. Will never use Bunches again . . . and I told them this. They did not care . . .delivery was a nightmare - left with neighbour bt recipient not informed until I tracked it online. I put it was postel service in review but am not sure. No delivery was attempted at address and no note left . . .

The flowers I received did not bloom and are still closed. I have used the feed and changed the water. I have taken care of my flowers as directed. I am very disappointed and won’t be using Bunches again. This is the first time I have ever been let down.

Nothing like the best I've ordered from Bunches. Sadly although properly arranged & cared for they lasted less than 5 days. Only one of the peonies ever opened and the stocks started to die almost the moment they were arranged - I've bought from Bunches many times before for my wife's birthday, but these were very, very poor - I may have to re-think my account!
