I bought these flowers for my best friend as she was home poorly. The picture she then sent me upon arrival of the delivery is not at all like the photo advertised. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I was very disappointed as the roses I ordered for my parents wedding anniversary only lasted 4 days before having to be thrown away. I have used other on line companies whose flowers last a lot longer.

The bunches courier DPD did not deliver the flowers to the address requested but to the next-door offices, failing to leave a card explaining where they had left them. So flowesr took a week to get to the correct person.

Flowers that arrived looked nothing like the image. Even after time for them to open!!! Disappointing gift !!

What I ordered (and paid just shy of £30 for), and what my recipient received are two incomparable things. I wish I could add photos here to prove my point. I don’t know if this is a scam, or if I was just unlucky.

I’m afraid I have a complaint to make as my husband sent me roses for our 60th wedding Anniversary. I received them today and one rose was completely broken off and the others look half dead. I can send a photo of them if you require it. I have been a customer of Bunches for many years and have received gifts and have always been so satisfied, this is the first complaint I have had to make

Flowers were supposed to arrive in bud but were already open.They lasted less than a week. There was nothing to give them any moisture in the packaging. Very disappointing anniversary gift.

Initially ordered flowers on 5th September for delivery on 17th September for a 60th birthday. Flowers arrived at lunchtime on 18th September in pretty poor condition. Completely missed the deadline even though I ordered 12 days in advance! These were a gift from the Medical Centre where I work.

Very poor bouquet: what I was sent was mainly spray carnations. I had to pay extra for the "baby's breath" without which this would have been an even poorer show. I could have purchased the same flowers for £10.00 in Sainsbury's. At nearly £30.00 this was extortionate and very disappointing

Terrible flowers and so underwhelming for the price. I paid £36 for them and they were so small. I’ve bought a bigger bunch of flowers on this website for cheaper before, and even bought bigger in tescos. I bought these flowers as a gift thinking they would be a bouquet worth £36, but I wouldn’t pay £20 for them! The rattan looks tacky and was fraying, too. Incredibly disappointed.

Sorry very very disappointed with our purchase, certainly what we received looked nothing like what was shown on the order form. total waste of £28.00. even after 3 days they looked like nothing. would never buy these flowers again. maybe we were unfortunate and were sent a bad buch..

Having received a good service for some years things have gone downhill. Sadly recently there have been problems with our orders. Delivered to the wrong address or damaged, mainly down to the Couriers With regret, we have now stopped ordering from Bunches.

The flowers arrived late (ordered on Wednesday, to arrive on Saturday but turned up on Monday) and the picture on the website misrepresented the volume of the flowers. Very poor.

The flowers were delivered on time but they were very droopy and they did not look fresh, I did send you an email telling you this but I had no reply, My Aunt is 91 years of age and she was sad at the state of the flowers

Recently purchased a large bunch of flowers (Picasso) from Bunches for my Mother’s 95th birthday. What arrived was a small bedraggled mostly green collection. Hardly what was promised by the photograph. I shall not be giving them my custom again.

This was the worst experience we have ever had ordering flowers online. The quality of the flowers was disgraceful and there was no way they resembled the online photographs. On contacting Bunches we were offered 3 stems of spray carnations (not in the original bunch) but we declined. Will not buy from Bunches again.

Flowers were bashed and did NOT arrive in bud, as promised. In fact, the roses (which were the main event) were as open as possible and going brown on the edges. I contacted Bunches who could not have cared less and suggested that the flowers must have come out of bud in transit... So please do not waste your money on this horrible company and their rubbish products as I did.
