Poor quality I brought a large bunch and they were not worth it at all Flowers were droopy in the box I would have been better to purchase from a supermarket

Couldn't get card to go with flowers therefore recipient didn't know who they were from. Paid 4£ for card which went separately. Plain idiotic so will use Amazon. This happened last year with hamper to friends v poorly. Need to make website better.

We also offer separate cards for customer who wish to send cards only. If you ordered a card from the tab "greeting cards" this is a separate order and will be sent separately to the order. I sent flowers to my son and daughter in law for their wedding anniversary. They arrived in a disgraceful state. I paid extra to have them delivered by courier. I have pictures of the condition they arrived in but somehow cannot attach them.

Flowers for anniversary did not arrive on time. The company did not bother letting me know. I had to chase them and get hold of a tracking number by calling their call centre. Flowers weren't all that either.

Very poor service. Arrived two days later than expected. Flowers were very sparse and poor quality. They died within two days. Contacted Bunches but told sorry our postal policy doesn’t guarantee delivery on the day you want. Told flowers died but just an apology. I’ve waited £20+ In awful service and terrible flowers

As explained when you contacted us the delivery service selected is a 1-2 day delivery with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on your day of choice. After looking at the correspondence you have sent to us there was no information nf the flowers only lasting two days. Revered to be delivered on certain day they came 2 days b4 and ordered xl bunch of flowers would not like to see the small bunch defo not worth the £40 + delivery I payed will defo not be using again

Very disappointed in the quantity of flowers delivered and it looked cheap when they weren’t worth the price payed. Very pretty set of flowers though.

Arrived on time. The flowers lasted no more than a day and a half. They were wilted and dead when they arrived. Very disappointment on my purchase.

Really poor service. A very special present from me to my unwell daughter was ruined by Bunches’ delivery policy and then I was just dismissed when I raised my concerns.

The flowers i had ordered were not delivered Since The Person was travelling I tried to send an e-mail To bunches asking to postpone the delivery They told me they could not do so The delivery had been already despachated Therefore, unpredictable things can not happen in bunches.co.uk

I know the weather as been warm but my mom knows how to look after plants and flowers by Friday they was dead and Sunday was in the bin I used to order monthly from Freddie’s as there prices went up I thought I’d give bunches a chance don’t think I’ll be coming backn

I sent two bunches recently but will not use Bunches again. Photographs sent by my friends showed that the bunches were not value for money. I could have done better from a Supermarket.

We ordered Bunches flowers for our daughter 2 weeks ago when she got covid (NHS KEY WORKER IN A & E) For delivery instructions we clearly stated "Ring flat bell & if no answer leave inside locked porch using trade button". She wasn't going out or downstairs. When delivery was attempted, a card was left stating that her flowers had been taken to the sorting office, from where she could collect after 48 hours (by which time they would be dead) She was so disappointed she drove to the sorting office and collected them next day, feeling ill. I emailed and rang to complain and was told nothing could be done. Why ask for delivery instructions and ignore them? I won't be using Bunches again.

Wouldnt order from here, pick another flower delivery service. If you want your order delivered on the wrong day to when you ordered, this place is for you. They use a delivery service which doesnt leave the flowers and makes it obscenely difficult for your flowers to be delivered. Most people dont order flowers for themselves and deliver them to someone else, giving instructions for the recipient how to collect the flowers completely defeats the point of having flowers delivered in the first place…. Hence as the flowers were left in the box for 4 days they were completely withered and they were clearly small to begin with!!

My experience was very bad Broken box has been delivered and when I had a chat with one of the online agent named Paul he offer me £5 compensation which is very silly and rude My gift was more than important to me to be delivered well presented for specific reason but he doesn’t care at all
