The flowers weren't delivered that day. I guess that's not necessarily your fault but the flowers did not look anything like as good as you're picture. Disappointing

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered the flowers for my sisters birthday, they arrived on the day & my sister was out. The delivery person left them in a dust bin with a lid on it quite near the door. My sister never contacted me to say she got the flowers which was unusual but our Mum was being transferred to a nursing home so was very busy & in & out the house. When we finally caught up on the Thurs 13th Oct she said she had just found the flowers & was shocked that she did not know they were there. I said i had, had a email saying they tried to deliver but that no one was home so left them in a bin (with a picture) & they left a card. There was no card left & i am so annoyed they were left in the dust bin. They were letterbox flowers so why were they not posted in house? When they were found the flowers were not to good & my sister had to throw out half the flowers. Not happy. I have used Bunches a few times & never had any problems but i will be thinking twice if i use this company again as im so annoyed.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery driver left the parcel in the dustbin and did not leave a note to inform the recipient of this. the gift selected was not from our letterbox range and would therefore not have fit through the letterbox. I have regularly used bunches and have been pleased but the past 2 orders have been really disappointing the flowers were limp and not my usual order I won’t be spending money anymore quite disappointing

Attempted delivery on wrong day & I had to intervene to stop it happening . Flowers received were felt a bit stingy in terms of flower quantity received.. Sorry ..not great

When I saw the flowers after they arrived at my Daughters I was very disappointed as they did not look as the photograph on line. Will not be ordering any more ,

I was very different on the delivery said delivery would be Saturday which I asked for and they arrived on Sunday a day late for birthday, they were not the freshest roses either

Unfortunately, although ordered at least a week in advance, the flowers were not received via Royal Mail until the day after my mums birthday. This was particularly disappointing as she went into hospital before the flowers arrived 😢

This is my first time using bunches and it will probably be my last. I bought some letterbox flowers as a anniversary gift and they really lacked the wow factor. The flowers arrived very limp and in bud form (which we were aware would happen) but a few days later they still look extremely underwhelming and can barely fill the small vase . The colours are very dull and overall they are very disappointing and I feel embarrassed that I sent them as a gift.

I have used bunches to send 3 bunches of flowers to sick members of an organisation of which I am Secretary. My difficulty is that I don’t see the flowers so have no idea if they are any good. The recipients are too polite to tell me if they are no good as they are gifts,

Arrived a day later than expected (albeit within the contracted time) and died within a week. Relatively cheap but not great value over all, so I don’t think I’d use bunches again.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with delivery as the flowers arrived a day later than promised and customer services just sent a copy and paste message in apology. Apparently the flowers were beautiful when they arrived but I wish I had used another company.

I have ordered from bunches several times and all has been great but on this occasion I was very disappointed as I had ordered them for my mums birthday and they didn’t arrive on the day I chose it was the evening of the following day. The flowers were half dead on arrival.

I was very disappointed with the freesias I recently had sent to an elderly friend- there was no fragrance at all, and as that was the whole point of choosing freesias they were a waste of money- very upset with Bunches

The bouquet I ordered was a very beautiful one and delivery was good. However, my flowers arrived fully bloomed and were not "Sent in bud for maximum vase life" as advertised on the website. Therefore they didn't last very long and did not have a "7 day freshness guarantee". I submitted a complaint nearly 2 weeks ago now and I'm sorry to say I haven't recieved any reply, which is extremely disappointing.

We were disappointed with your flowers as the freesias did not come into full flower before the whole bunch wilted, the red foliage wilted after one day and had to be removed, and the roses did not last as long as we had hoped.
