“Small bunch compared to one my brother bought at the supermarket, probably for less money - did not look as good in comparison. Also, they are looking decidedly worse for wear already. Normally happy but pretty disappointed this time.”

“Hi Just spoke to my mum, she had a delivery of flowers I sent for Mother’s Day, and she said that she has already thrown them away. They were supposed to arrive in bud but they were all fully open so they didn’t last as we expected. Disappointed , and unsure if I will use you again. Regards Andrew”

“Not happy with the bouquet I ordered for Mother’s Day, I shown in my email how different the bunch sent out was , wayyy less flowers, colour difference etc was told to wait til it blooms? Anyway, I said not a lot would change and was then asked for a picture of the stems , I left it there as didn’t want to bother my mum for pictures of the bunch, won’t order again.”

“I spend nearly £100 here and ordered three bunches of flowers for my mother, my stepmother and my grandmother for Mother’s Day. In all honesty it was hit and miss. My mums flowers looked ok (nothing special and in my opinion not £30 of flowers) but my stepmothers and my Nans flowers were sad. Think 6 carnations and some babies breath. Not worth the £30 at all. I could’ve gone to Tesco and got something much nicer for a third of the price.”

“I was disappointed when I saw the flowers that I’d brought for my mum for Mother’s Day, they were definitely not worth £31, there were hardly any flowers and didn’t look like the photo. Would have been worth buying Mother’s Day flowers from a shop instead of a place like bunches. Also their customer service phone number doesn’t work which is really unhelpful too! So should not be advertising that.”
