I was happy when the process of ordering and delivery but the flowers them selves I think was a bit poor I don't think the web page reflected the flowers which was delivered

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Absolutely disgusting for the money I spent on my partners birthday bouquet. I will never deal with your company again . Well and truly £25 completely wasted. Even read the reviews before purchasing and they came over as good . So it makes me wonder if they are genuine because surely nobody could be happy recieving the flowers I bought

Bought for my mum's 70th, who wasn't very pleased when they didn't last their guaranteed life and died after a few days!

Not really very impressed with the service. The flowers were taken to her flat but my elderly Mum didn't hear the doorbell. I checked the tracker the following day to find they had gone back to the sorting office. I reordered them to be delivered the following day ... 2 days after they should have arrived. I warned my Mum something was coming in the post so she stayed in and listened carefully for the doorbell but when they arrived they were all dried up and certainly didn't look like they should. If I hadn't checked I doubt they would ever have arrived..

The flowers arrived on time and looking nice but I was very disappointed that the flowers lasted less than 48 hours before they started to droop and look dead.

in a word disappointed. Packaging and some of the flowers arrived looking somewhat battered by the journey, this despite paying extra for courier delivery. The quantity was on the small side.

I would like to upload a foto but there is no option. So it was fare away from wat I ordered and it was for my daughter birthday, it was delivered next day after birthday day. Why they have option to choose day of delivery if they not able to do? So - disappointed

Delivery fine, but after complying with all recommendations regarding feed etc. the flowers only managed to last 8days. Very poor. Not at all impressed particularly in view of the price. Will not be using them again.

Arrived late - left in royal mail warehouse from the Fri night until Monday. Should have been delivered on Saturday but were delivered on Monday. Flowers weren't in bud form when they arrived instead they were Already in bloom. Roses were wilted.

The flowers didn't last more than 3 days which is disappointing considering the price. They didn't look fresh when delivered. Will be using the local shop.

Didn't turn up on selected date. Poor customer service when asked them about it. No compensation offered. No apology. Won't be using again.

Always had good service from Bunches in the past but my recent two orders were rather disappointing. The blooms looked sorry for themselves on arrival and despite loving care , wilted within 12 hours .

Very disappointed, the flowers were wilted 🥀 naturally the weather did not help. However the first when they were supposed to be delivered, they only knocked on the door once. My sister was working from home. I left a number for them to call if no answer but they did not. The next day available for delivery was 2 days later and they called because no one answered. My sister asked to leave in shade and came shortly. Once again they were wilted 🥀 I was so disappointed as this has never happened before and it was to cheer her up for birthday. She said she’s not received a bunch of flowers 💐 for a long time. I am very upset.

Flowers were lovely but unfortunately did not last 7 days, delivered on Wednesday and were dying offbeat the Saturday, really disappointed for the price I payed for a special birthday

Flowers were a gift for my wife who’d been a volunteer at the Commonwealth Games . The sunflowers started to wilt on day 2 and the rest only lasted until day 5. Not Bunches usual standard

I have to say this is more a review of the postal service, but bunches have decided to use this as their mode of operation. I ordered the flowers on the Sunday for delivery on the Tuesday. They were tracked for Royal Mail but the flowers were not despatched to Royal Mail until Monday evening. They did not arrive at their destination until Wednesday where there was no-one home and the box was too big to go through the letterbox. Royal mail then took the parcel back to the depot but without informing me - they may have a card but no-one was home. I checked the delivery on the Thursday morning to discover the flowers were still at the depot. I then notified the recipient, but by the time they picked the flowers up, they had been out of water for more than 2 days. Very disappointed with the service. I have used other posted flower companies before and not had this problem.
