“This time my order was the wrong size (Large 17 stems)delivered instead of to what I ordered (X-Large 22 stems). MOTHERS DAY! It was for my mother in-law who she’s staying at the nursing home and I only noticed the fault when I visited her days ago. And obviously she couldn’t let me know the fault as it was a gift. And assumed it was ok”

“They arrived on the day selected but I was really disappointed with the quality. Looked nothing like the pictures and SO expensive for what you get. Would not buy from here again.”

“The box was delivered upside down! Therefore any water had disappeared. several flowers were battered and the roses were already a little droopy didnt eventually open and had to be thrown away after 6 days! Very disappointed.”

“...arrived the day I wanted, they said " a spray" of flowers but more like a few sprigs of weeds...3 carnations and a bit of decoration foliage...£22 dissatisfaction at its finest, only wish I was able to get over road now to buy there flowers as £22 would have bought 4 bunches of lovely roses and others...wasted money will not purchase there again...🤬👍”

“Turned up on time as expected as I paid extra for courier delivery but a very average/poor bunch of unopened flowers. Not worth the money and definitely won’t use again. Not recommended.”

“Sent flowers to my mum for Mother’s Day. The box arrived squashed and wet as the water the flowers were in had leaked everywhere. The amount of flowers were never worth the amount I paid for them. Wish I had bought from a supermarket as it would have been far better value for money.”

“Unfortunately not great value for money. Literally was a small bunch of flowers and a little bit disappointed as brought and sent four! Shame as seemed to look much more on pictures but in reality it was like a £7 bunch from Tesco ! With this in mind I won’t be using again, so sorry for negative feedback, I actually hate that I have had to but think others need to realise quality isn’t the best for the money”

“The mother's day flowers were given to the recipient by a third party (also family member)on the same day of delivery and advised me that unfortunately they were not very impressed with the quality. Therefore very unlikely that I will use your company in the future.”

“For the cost of £31, the amount of flowers could have been more, lots of Gypsephillia in the bouquet, which filled out the bouquet, didn't use all of it! The quality of the flowers were good, they are still in flower a week later, but I think there could be more flowers for the money, this was a mother's day bouquet, and I feel Bunches have short changed me a little!”

“Very expensive for what we got. It was the only place I could get a bunch of the flowers I was after but the flowers were very spindly when they arrived. Arrived a day late too so the flowers were needing water.”
