Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day that were suppose to arrive yesterday. Still not arrived, had to rush to Tesco’s to get some that I am paying half the price for!! Would like to receive a refund?

Absolutely disgusted with the flowers I’ve just had delivered to my mom for mother’s day. Arrived in a card board box with no water, completely dried out. I could have bought a much nicer, fuller bunch from a supermarket for half the price. Vile.

Do not use this Company. Flowers for Mother’s Day were ordered well in advance and not delivered as promised on Saturday 10th March. Very distressing as my mother lives on the other side of the country and I was unable to visit in person this time. Was offered a refund when called to complain but apology and refund counts for nothing when this should have been a lovely surprise for my mum. Will not be using again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I ordered flowers for mother’s day, “guaranteed delivery” on Sat 10th March for extra cost of £10. Discovered flowers had not been delivered. My mum has NO FLOWERS for mother’s day and we don’t live in the same city. Do not ever use this company. When I phoned to complain, they said the delivery people had been busy!!!

You should never use this company to have flowers delivered, I ordered flowers on the 27th Feb 18 for a delivery on the 10th March for a mother’s day gift, the flowers should of turned up on Saturday as they don’t deliver on a Sunday, the delivery has not turned up so I rang to find out why the flowers I paid for have not arrived. The answer I was met with is that they have no idea why flowers have not arrived or even where the flowers are as they have no way of tracking the delivery. The lady I spoke to was not in the least interested or concerned that I hadn’t received what I had paid for I can only assume that this is the normal service as she wasn’t at all surprised. The only thing I was offered to resolve this was a refund. Please do t anyone use this awful company and shop at a more reliable flower delivery site that can track your delivery like ALL other online order companies.

Terrible flowers overpriced and half were dead felt embarrassed that I have them to my mum for Mother's Day nothing like the picture

Flowers delivered two days before Mother’s Day when asked for Saturday delivery straight into hands of the person they were intended for. What a disappointment. Won’t use again.

Ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day, arrived yesterday but I was very disappointed, they looked nothing like the picture, the quality wasn't the best and one of the flower stems were broken off when delivered. Also on the little gift card they missed a word off what I wanted for the verse.

Nothing at all like the picture. Not many companies do send out flowers like the picture but this was appalling! Actually felt embarrassed that is sent these to my mum.

From my first post ,I also found my flowers in porch even thou I was in, so had I not gone out they would have been in my porch all night .

Delivered wrong day ,the gift card looked cheap for price and flowers were not to what expected for price ,I could have got more for less from M&S will not use again .this was for mothers day and was let down big time .

I ordered flowers for my mum on Tuesday to be delivered by Sat for mothers day and they have not arrived. I am so upset and angry. She is 78 and lives 250 miles away and has no flowers for mothers day and I have no way of getting any to her. I’d even paid for a mothers day balloon....I really wanted her to feel special. I wish I’d never used bunches.

I am totally disgusted that my order was received a week after it was due. I sent you two emails and never had a response from you. I've used you for many years but would never use you again. Feeling disappointed and think.your customer service is a big failure

First it dispatched without any information and it didn’t follow any of my instructions! Secondly the flowers are almost all dead ! Never choose this company ever again!

Absolutely disgusted! No water in flowers just a box so flowers almost dead. The blossom was brpwn. I wouldn’t even put them on my mums grave. Opened in front of postman who said he see this with other recipients. Will contact consumer rights on Monday. My poor son couldn’t believe what he saw. Blossom already gone brown and flowers almost all dead due to transportation without water.

Worst customer svs! Ordered flowers for mother’s day and paid extra for courier (who deliver all day, up until 6pm) but they sent flowers by Royal Mail who stop delivering by 1pm! Turn up to sorting office to collect them to be turned away as closed! Flowers won’t be delivered until Monday. Pointless!! No credit offered and the flowers will be ready to be binned by Monday by the look of recent Reviews

I'm gutted, smallest bouquet of flowers I've seen for £27.99!! I ordered them for my grandmother and just been to visit her and I'm discussed. My husband spent £5 on a bunch from Asda and they look better. I'll never use the company again. I expected a lot better.
