The flowers on the website looked absolutely NOTHING like what arrived. The flowers I paid around the £30 mark looked like £5 flowers from ASDA. Complete waste of money, I'd definitely not recommend! Much better quality at other flower websites such as Appleyard!

The valentines roses were very old looking they cost £39.00 but had the appearance of something I’d purchased from a petrol station. The £5 bunch purchased from Marks and Spencer were far superior- extremely disappointed as per my post on Twitter.

having being very happy with previous orders i had a box ordered for valentines what a letdown they were the roses lasted 3 days the foliage lasted 4 days terribly disappointed think twice before ordering again if ever i do been in touch with 2 departments neither have had the decency to reply

Poor quality flowers delivered for Valentine’s Day. The flowers we all in bud so it looked like a bunch of weeds.

Terrible. Red roses were black when delivered. Removed those petals for the flowers to only last 3 days.

The flowers were tiny. Pictures were bigger. Too expensive for mini flowers.

I bought 3 lots of flowers to be sent to 3 different addresses my 3 sisters, one didn't get them I was told I gave the wrong post code on the one that didn't get delivered, when I do the address on the computer the postcode otomaticly comes up, even if the postcode was wrong the postman would know the name of the street, he wouldn't deliver the flower to a different Street name. So I got a different company to rear deliver them, I wasn't peased.

My friend didn’t get the flower. There is no system to see the status. But I paid the money. I will choose a local flowershop next.

Ordered same flowers last time and they were perfectly beautiful. This year they were a quarter of the size, half dead and came a early. Recommended bunches to everyone last time but won't be again. Was so disappointed

I ordered flowers and cake for the 6th Feb...they finally arrived on the 14th Feb. Unacceptable for fresh flowers and cake.

I am away on holiday but have been told by the recipient that the tulips only lasted two days. Incredibly sad as I could/Should have just asked someone to buy and deliver them for half the cost.

they are already dying,the iris did nt last more than 3dats,and half of the freesia are dead.Flowers i have had before have lasted much longer in the past,very disappointing.

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on the Friday. They were delivered at 8.30 am and no one was up so a card was put through the door and they were delivered the next Monday. Too late for fresh flowers. Won’t use again.
