Absolutely disgusted with the bunch of half dead weeds that arrived that looks nothing like the photo delivered for mothers day. I could have bought better from a supermarket for 1/3rd of the price. They also arrived bone dry and the next day they are dead. Received someone elses card as well as the one I sent too.

Flowers look withered & sparse- nothing like the pictures. Delivered dry as a bone like they’d been sat in a van all day & all at different lengths so had to be cut.

I ordered flowers for my mum and the expected delivery date was 6th or 7th March. The delivery wasn't made. I emailed and called to find out if there was a tracking service, there isn't. I called again on the 8th March, the customer service did provide me with a refund but I asked if a manager could give me a call back as I wanted to know what had happened to my order. I am still waiting for the call back! I will not be using this company again!

I think most of positive recommendations are from people too polite to tell the sender how bad these really are. They do not resemble the flowers illustrated in any way-Dreadful!!!!

Just received my flowers from my 3 hard-up student children- absolute disgrace- half dead and I've bought better for £5 from petrol stations. Maybe it's because its Mothers Day but still no excuse- would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Poor bouquet! I ordered large Freesias and Tulips on 6th of March but instead one large bouquet in the box there were 3 small. Do you expect a recepient to put them together to make a nice looking bouquet? Very poor service.

The flowers was ordered 4/03 and delivery date was accepted on 6/03, The flowers not delivered on 6/03, not on 7/03. 7/03 will call for refund, but Birthday was ruined.

Beware, They take your money & don't deliver on time. Watch out for small print as they will tell can't guarantee anything unless you pay extra so not like any other flower company I have used. Poor excuses. Phone line shuts Saturday lunchtime & no one to speak to on a Sunday. Rude customer relations team. Had to send an email 3 times and call the 0800 number to get a refund. Please don't order from them. They ruin your surprise.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day which were not delivered until the following day. This is despite Bunches guaranteeing delivery on the 14th.

Unfortunately due to a death the person receiving the flowers will not be home. We have requested the flowers are sent to an alternative address in the area so as not to completely waste them and this has been refused. Absolutely no help what so ever and no suggestion of help. Wont be using again

I ordered 12 Roses for Valentine's Day. When they arrived one head was broken, the rest were in poor condition and deteriorated rapidly over the following days. I have used Bunches many times over the years, and am now considering taking my business elsewhere.

The flowers were not as described, and they were most definitely not worth £25, they were small, not great quality and the pot they were put in was pretty embarrassing when they were delivered for my best friends birthday.

The flowers started to wilt considerably after three days. They were totally dead after 5. They where placed in fresh water with food provided. After spending £115 on a bunch of flowers, one would expected them to stay fresh for at least 7 days.

The flowers on the website looked absolutely NOTHING like what arrived. The flowers I paid around the £30 mark looked like £5 flowers from ASDA. Complete waste of money, I'd definitely not recommend! Much better quality at other flower websites such as Appleyard!
