My flowers sent to my mother for mothers day was not received at all and instead of an explanation I was just given my money back. This does not make up for my mothers disappointment because not only was there no flowers but no card as this was part of the package. I will definitely not be using bunches again.

What has happened to Bunches the flowers were always beautiful and lasted ages. But these received for mothers day are not on their web and are no way worth the money my daughter paid. I have bought better from supermarket for £5. My daughter was upset when she saw them. Have bought from you for the last two years. Really disappointed

don't even deserve one star. My daughter paid extra for mothers day. Didn't even deliver to mine. Left outside on street ten mins from mine. Some kind person found them and just gave them to me. Box ruined as rain. Absolutely disgusting . My poor daughter. The effort she made while in hospital .

My mother’s day flowers were broken and did not last the day. My replacement flowers arrived today and the roses have brown edges on the Petals. A big disappointment. Very nice customer service lady.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Ordered mother’s day bouquet to be delivered Saturday as a surprise. Nothing. My mum had no gift for mother’s day. I phoned this morning to find out why and the woman on the phone was abrupt as anything and did not bother apologising at all with any consideration. For the money I paid I expect the flowers delivered that day especially as now it’s left my mum without anything and I’ve had to spend more to go to the florist to get something quick to find out nothing turned up.

I ordered some flowers from Bunches for Mother's Day. I entered a wrong number on the post code and they flowers never got delivered. I contacted Bunches to see if they could try and re-send the flowers to the correct address or re-send another order. They refused and said they can't do anything to help rectify the situation. Extremely poor service for this day and age. I've paid money for a product and not got anything in return.

So disappointed with the bouquet I bought for my mum on Mother’s Day. They are nothing like the photo, completely different type of flower and instead of one large bouquet it was just two seperate ones elasticayed together. way overpriced for cheap and tacky packaging. Will never buy from them again!! Stay away from this company !!

Flowers for mothers day were disgusting. Could have bought better in Aldi squashed in a small box dry and limp with damaged flowers would never use Bunches again

Sadly found out this evening my mum's bouquet wasn't delivered. Have used this company before with no problems. Will be straight on the phone to customer services in the morning. So disappointing.

Absolutely disgraceful. I love flowers and when my boys who don’t live near said they had sent me some I was so looking to receiving them. I have had to tell them that they are awful and they are very disappointed. Shame on you for spoiling a mother’s day

Supermarket flowers would of been a lot nicer, cheap packaging arrived in a cheap brown box , wouldnt of minded but i paid extra for mothers day delivery. Wont be re ordering again

Awful awful awful overpriced for cheap quality. Flowers only just arrived and they came in a horrible cheap cardboard box with horrible cheap fusia lace wrapped around them with no ribbon and flowers werent placed properly in water, they look half dead. The flowers themselves are very different to the photo advertised on the website, the colours of one flower were supposed to be white and they are bright fusia pink. Will never use this company again... wish I stuck to my usual florists ! So sad and I know my mother hates them!

My mothers day flowers arrived on Thursday (from my kids in the states) what a rip off..Half dead when they arrived...Could have picked up fresher from the reduced counter in any super market.To say i am disappointed is an understatement !!!!Will advise them ....never again.....

Flowers were delivered 30mins ago, I ordered an extra bouquet of the Marvellous Mum flowers. Very DISAPPOINTED! Flowers came in a crumpled up PLAIN CARDBOARD box, looked like it had been opened too. They looked like they from a local convenience store and thrown in a box. Plus the message card was soaking wet. I would NOT recommend this company!

My flowers were delivered an hour ago, ordered for Mothers Day by my 17 year old daughter. What a rip off just looked like someone had been to the supermarket and bought a cheap bunch and put them in a box, no ribbon, nothing fancy about them for what she would have paid for them. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Got my Mother's Day flowers on Friday .....stems wernt in water in plastic container .....I phoned your customer service and was told to just put them straight in water ......so today is Mother's Day and I have a half dead bunch of flowers .....I'm so upset
