Ordered flowers for mother’s day they came on time but the flowers them self were disgusting. They looked nothing like the pic and we’re so little compared to what I ordered and died within a few days. It’s a lot of money lost

As a avid customer of Bunches for many years, the last order from them was very disappointing. The order was for a watering can with roses inside but when delivered the roses were all wilting and near enough dead. As it was for a mothers day present you can imagine the disappointment on receiving them. We have used Bunches for a lot of occasions and this is the first time we have been let down, plus there is no chocolates given any more which was a nice token and a nice surprise to the recipient on arrival.

My loved one who received it gave a very bad opinion about the flowers which were not fresh, dry, yellowish leaves. I have been asked to never use this service again. It was disappointing to see that it was delivered after the international womens day. So Well done! Thats all i can say

I Ordered x2 butterfly bliss on two transactions for mothers day. 1 never turned up and your CS team kindly resolved this and refunded me. The ones that did turn up, were of poor standard and resemble nothing like that in the picture advertised, and definitely not worth 20£, they were fine, limp and i could have bought better from the local supermarket - very disappointing giving i had read so many good reviews ;(

The flower arrived in small buds which is fine but after 5 days the main flower (iris) did not bloom. It definitely doesn't look like the photo on the website. A little upset with the outcome of the flower. It also feels not as generous as the photo on the website. Considering the price being paid, it feels like a rejected product.

I never felt so ashamed and confused ! bought bunch of flowers in xl size for birthday for a very important person for me. For over 30 £ I expected bunch exactly like on the picture big and very classy , instead my special one received small bunch packed in brown tecture box. I’m very disappointed.

Flowers were delivered 3 days after I requested the date. Not good enough. Very disappointed.

I thought for the money I paid they were extremely poor. I would not recommend and won’t be using again.

My replacement flowers arrived today (after a disastrous Mothers day fiasco) and would like to say what a vast total improvement....but still feel it should not have been necessary in the first place, if only the original flowers had been up to standard.Just goes to prove it is possible to satisfy customers..

Just received my replacement bunch of flowers after my Mother's Day ones arrived half dead. The quality of these is awful and no food powder in box.....never again.....I'm so upset ......

My order for my sister's 70th Birthday did not arrive. I was away on holiday and have just returned to find that she did not receive her flowers and card which I assumed had arrived.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day. I wasn't in when they were delivered and they were left at the sorting office for collection and collected on Monday morning. I was extremely disappointed to find that the flowers had been posted on Friday without any water and were therefore in a very sorry state when I opened them. I have told my son not to use Bunches again.

I ordered mother's day flowers for my 82 year old mum and she never received them. She was really disappointed and thought I had forgotten her. I have used bunches in the past and always thought you gave excellent service. But after this bad experience I will probably go else where for my flowers.

Ordered my mum some flowers for mother’s day and look nothing like the photo and were no where near worth the money I paid! I could of got more for my money at a supermarket. Absolutely tiny bouquet and hardly any water on arrival. Won’t be using you again, was really disappointed when I see them.
