Very poor half of them were nearly dead and I ordered a larger bunch which didn't look any bigger than the small one Will never use again.

Disappointed. The roses already had brown edges. The picture was certainly better than the reality. The whole bunch lasted no more than 5 days. Back to Tesco . On the positive side the flowers were well packed and arrived on the day requested.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day which arrived 3 days early and were left on doorstep for 6 hours until someone was home and luckily they weren’t taken. Rang customer services and was told that the courier should’ve kept them until the specified date, meaning the flowers would’ve been sitting in a box for several days without water!!! I asked for another bunch to be sent out for the correct date, but still arrived 1 day early and had to pick them up the following day from post office as we missed the delivery! Flower bunches were a lot smaller than expected, but are still pretty. Would not order again as it is very worrying that flowers are left with couriers without water!!!

Ordered flowers for mother’s day, that turned up 3 days earlier than expected, rand up customer services to be told that the courier was meant to hold them until the correct day, meaning the flowers would be sat for several days in a box before dispatched... Was informed I would be sent another bunch for the correct day, but still turned up a day early! Lovely flowers but not accurate delivery times and very worrying that they may have been left for a while without water!

Last order was a disaster, but normally Bunches have been very good. Beware if the address of the recipient does not come up automatically and you are asked to input correct address, the system then will revert it to the nearest matching number 58 to 38. Flowers are with Royal Mail and were wanted for a funeral last Monday.

When an order is placed online we rely on the information provided to be correct, therefore the gift was sent out with the address supplied. We do send a confirmation email after the order is placed which allows the customer to ensure all the details are correct Therefore, if any amendments need to be made this can be done before the order is dispatched. Usually Bunches flowers are great. However, this was a £28 bunch of flowers and there was very few roses and the bunch looked very small, and importantly quite different from the image on the website. I’ve used Bunches many times and usually they are good, but not on this occasion.

Ordered a Unicorn Bliss and got something totally different. Different flowers, different colours. On complaining was told they are sent out in bud so will look different to the pictures. On sending pictures of received flowers however, was then told it was quality issue with flowers received in warehouse. The flowers received looked of less value than what I paid. Not happy.

This was my first ever order from Bunches. The order was delivered on time but I was very disappointed with the quantity of Flowers, especially having upgraded from standard. An expensive lesson which won’t be repeated.

I understand the flowers were fine when they arrived but didn’t last very long (less than a week). I thought I had read somewhere they were guaranteed to stay fresh for 10 days but perhaps I’m mistaken. I’m very disappointed as they were for a special friend.

Ordered with a few weeks notice to arrive for a specific date. The flowers did not arrive for the assigned date. I did not receive an update about the order or any contact from the company. The flowers turned up 2 days after the chosen date with no contact from the company. I would not recommend this service.

The plants were lovely But the Bunch of flower were not . The Iries's never opened just died. Very disapointed. Though I must say when I phoned them they sent a lovely replacment Great Customer Service Thanks >

I've had the delivery less than a week and the flowers need replacing already. The Irises died after 2/3 days and the fresias were a mix of white and yellow not all yellow as advertised.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the flowers I ordered for a special occasion. The bunch didn't wasn't representative of the picture on the website. The irises in the bouquet never came out...and therefore the whole presentation was poor.... won't be using this company again as this is the second time I've been disappointed. The oasis they arrived in was completely dry....no wonder they looked lack luster!!

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday a week before I wanted them to be delivered. I was disappointed that she didn't receive them until 5 days after the requested delivery date. I appreciate that every effort is made to deliver on the date requested. 3 days after the expected date the postie attempted to deliver the flowers but was unable to due to the box being too big for the letterbox (I'd ordered a large bunch of flowers), therefore the flowers were returned to the sorting office and could only be picked up at the weekend. Needless to say my friend loved her flowers and is finally able to enjoy them.
