Forgot mother’s day card probably won’t use again very disappointing especially as did not even respond when I contacted them via their website

I ordered a delivery for Mother’s Day, I confirmed delivery for Saturday but they arrived on the Wednesday?? Flowers great, but not delivered on agreed date!

Flowers arrived a day early. No opportunity to send a card with them. When they arrived it was a very small bunch with no fragrance at all.

Ordered a bouquet for mother’s day and the flowers lasted just a couple of days. The same thing happened last year and they replaced them, this time I didn’t call but will look at buying elsewhere next time.

Flowers weren’t great. Delivery was missed which resulted in the recipient receiving flowers which were passed their best

Was very disappointed with the flowers that arrived. They had begun to wilt and the petals were turning brown.

Used Bunches for many years, totally underwhelmed by latest performance, ordered a bouquet for my 97 yrs old mother for mothers day, requesting delivery for Saturday 30th March only for it to be delivered on Thursday 28th March, bitterly disappointed and my mother who has been using Bunches for years was also totally unimpressed, thankfully my card arrived on the right day which was some compensation

Really disappointed. Bought some tulips for my mum for mother’s day and they were droopy when they arrived and pretty much dead 5 days later. Have had much better before but would definitely think again before reordering after this experience

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers for mother’s day. One of which died within 2 days of receiving them despite the 7 day fresh guarantee. Definitely not happy with the flowers received

Mother’s Day Flowers ok, however Mother’s Day surprise ruined by bunches delivered on thurs not the Saturday we had asked for as she was away until sat morning the flowers were already sat in a vase by time she came home. Not what you expect when you pay a premium for flowers to be delivered. I could have accomplished this myself with supermarket flowers

Have used these twice now, the first bunch were quite wilted but gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again a year later and had them sent to my mum on Mothers Day, the 2nd bunch were even worse, awful wilted dying flowers. My mum phoned them and complained and they did send another bunch 2 days later free of charge but i won't be using them again I'm afraid..sorry

The flowers lasted 5 days, that’s a shame. Came in bud which was good but once flowered they didn’t last that long.

I ordered flowers for mother’s day together with a note however the wrong flowers were delivered to my mother with the incorrect note from someone else. The service was poor, however I got a refund but my mother didn’t get her original flowers with my note. The refund was made for the poor service however I feel my mother should have also received her flower with the personal note.

Not atal impressed. Firstly the flowers arrived 2 days earlier than I'd requested so this didn't work out very well for mothers day! Secondly all of the flowers were open, and thirdly around a quarter of the flowers were brown/dying! For £22.99 I expected alot better.
