Came on day requested with interesting information about company. Freesias beautiful but sadly iris very poor and never bloomed.

Got a full refund after I paid for next day guaranteed courier and Bunches sent my order with royal mail. Not only that but they say they attempted delivery when they didn't. So now who even knows where the flowers are, the occasion is ruined. Not great for my first order, sadly also my last.

We are sorry to hear the gift didn't arrive as expected. the order was sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery services which is a service provided by Royal Mail which offers a guaranteed delivery attempt. Sadly, on this occasion they severely let us down. Ordered 3 days before daughters birthday , was delivered late the day after , told to allow 2 days from date asked for because it was free delivery , absolutely a con will never use or recommend ,,,!!!

well there was an adress problem with my order i`ve been sending mail to your custumor service but till now no answer. try through your messenger(facebook). someone replied and said he will try to see but still nothing. the order was made and paid at the beginning of march and we don`t know where it is and to whom it has been delivered.

Ordered flowers which arrived on the day cost of £23 95 free delivery which cost £6.95 ? Was 21 stems looked terrible was in local Tesco could have a bunch at £10 which would have been better maybe I was unlucky I will be sticking with other companies in future

I ordered a butterfly bouquet for a relative. On arrival there were not as many stems as were advertised. The bouquet looked very sparce and not whay was expected. I cannot fault bunches customer service who did arrange for another bouquet to be sent out.

The flowers died within 3 days and NO chocolates were delivered. Noted the supply was via Carpenders Park Nurseries Watford

Although the process of ordering and selection of bouquets was good unfortunately the delivery was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately the recipient was out when they were delivered and the flowers were taken back to I presume to be the delivery centre 16 miles away. When they were eventually picked up from the local post office a day or so later they were wilted and near dead. Surely this has happened before and there should be a more efficient method to ensure that flowers arrive fresh.

This is really tricky as the first 'bunch' that arrived died after 2 days, however the customer service was good (hence the 2 stars) and the replacement that was sent free of charge however most of these had died afer4/5 days! Definitely did not meet the guaranteed 7 days! Won’t use again and won’t recommend!!

I ordered the spring awakening bouquet for my mum as a birthday gift. The bouquet was beautiful on arrival and arrived on the date requested. However 3 days later, each and every bloom had dropped or wilted even after trimming each stem and using the food provided on day 1. I will not be using bunches again, so disappointing.

Flowers very good on arrival, but they did not remain fresh for more than a few days. Much appreciated on receipt, but disappointed with their short vase life. Chocs and prosecco were fine.

Some of the heads were shrivelled...post man threw the box over the gate despite leaving instructions on the order to,leave with a neighbour if out...pointless giving instructions....Flowers damaged..so sad...

My first order with you and they came very late in the day and it was a bday delivery and considering the price the size and amount of flowers in the arrangement was very small? Even tho my daughter daughter said the quality of the flowers were very nice just not much of them. I was glad I had a discount as don’t think I’d pay full price for these again.

In addition to this our free delivery service take place between the hours of 8am - 6pm. We do offer a morning courier service if this option is preferred at an additional cost. I was really disappointed with the bunch of flowers I ordered for a sick friend. They did not look anything like the picture even after a couple of days. I was going to send in a complaint but haven't had time. I have bought flowers before from Bunches and been really pleased but sadly, not this time

I think for the price, the flower arrangement was pretty small, and the balloon with it, was literally miniature, looked more like a joke than a sincere get better soon with empathy.

Very disappointed... son rang to say to expect a little something for my birthday.. When the package arrived and it was opened ,there was a potted plant inside sitting in a raffia style pot.lots of leaves and 2 tiny lillies.. having looked the plant over there was no sign of any additional flower buds.. This does not look anything like your picture, I have had this plant before and know what to expect. Have rung and told my son of the disappointment of a plant that does not live up to your pictures and did advise him to complain but I know he won't,hence why I am writing this review
