My sister informs me that the flowers that were sent to my mother for mothers day didn't last a week before they expired. This is very unusual for the service you normally provide but nevertheless disappointing

Flowers that were sent only lasted a couple of days. I have used your company many times before and have recommended you to several friends, so was quite disappointed when my friends gift was so short lived. I realise spring flowers dont last long but 3 days is disappointing.

The roses in the bouquet I sent my mother withered and died within a couple of days despite being kept in a cool, bright room. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed that instruction weren't done and buy the time the flowers arrived at my mums for mothers day they were almost dead due to lack of water 😞

I ordered the Mother’s Day flowers I saw in a Sunday Times magazine because they looked so pretty in the picture. When I went to see my mum and I saw the flowers, I was really disappointed. Some of the tulips’ petals were bruised and they were already drooping and wilted (on the day of delivery). They’d been dropped, by the delivery man, over my parent’s tall front gate, which probably didn’t help. They were dead a few days later . Unlike the roses my daughter bought for me from Sainsbury’s , which are still going strong, 8 days later.

Smallest bouquet I've ever seen. Recipients were very grateful but when I asked how they were, all 3 said how small they were and all had at least one dead on arrival. They also arrived 2 days early (a day before the 1 day buffer). Easy to order but wouldn't use again

Having used bunches many times before I was shocked to receive very poor service this time. I asked that the flowers be left in backyard or with a neighbour and this was clearly marked on the box. They were due to be delivered Friday. An attempt was made (apparently) to deliver on Saturday, however my mum was in and didn’t hear any knock. They then took the flowers away to post office where they had to stay all weekend. My mum collected them first thing Monday morning but they were half dead by then. I emailed bunches but was told it’s Royal Mail n nothing can be done! Most upsetting and I won’t be using again.

The flowers that my mother received were half dead they only lasted a few days. You say that the flowers come as a bud and should last for 7 days or longer the flowers my mam received were fully open dying through lack of water and only lasted 2 days after receiving delivery. I am very disappointed in Bunches.co.uk

This is the second time i have used you first time perfect my mother was very pleased with her flowers etc not this time though half the flowers were droopy and the icing on the cake was half broken off so I'm afraid I won't be using you again as my mother is very easily pleased but when she says they weren't very good they must have been pretty poor

We recently purchased 3 bouquets for relatives. They arrived on time, which was good. We were disappointed however, by the sizes of the bouquets as we paid for the large sizes but when we saw the bouquets there were a small amount of main blooms with the bouquet being bulked out with Gypsophila. We also sent a rose pot plant to a relative and it arrived with dying flower heads. We were pretty disappointed with this batch of bouquets.

I have previously ordered from Bunches and been very happy. However, my last offer was very time sensitive, due to an operation being completed the following day. The order did not arrive in time. I rang to query why, I was told this was because I didn’t pay the extra and relied on first class post. Well I gave 6 days notice. I asked to be taken off the mailing list and emailing list. I was told this would happen, but I have received many emails over the last few days. Disappointing sadly
