i never liked to leave a negative feedback but unfortunately this is second time when ordering flowers and get them really bad as in coming apart

Feel awful for having to leave negative feedback.. very disappointed this time the service from Bunches with flowers that we sent to our friend who had just lost her dad.. flowers were late and required water when they arrived. Flowers look nothing like that on the picture. So disappointed as we have used this company lots of times and always had beautiful flowers delivered.. will consider my options next time as not value for money.

Bunch of flowers was extremely small for description and price paid. They were meant to be special thank you and I felt extremely disappointed and upset that my surprise wasn’t what I had expected it to be!

Asked for and paid for a large (x2) of lollies for Valentine's day. I have a photo of the end result....x4 stems lollies, the rest was gypsofelea and carnations..can send the photo if required.

Bunches have always been my first go to point for ordering flowers. Usually they last for a good week and a half to two weeks, but this time the flowers started to wilt after 4days and by the seventh, they were in the bin.

I ordered on the 12th February for delivery on the 15th for a friend that had been quite poorly. The flowers were delivered late on Monday 18th and my friend phoned Bunches direct as three of the flowers were completely dead. She wasn't going to tell me but pleased she did. Had she not have complained I would once she made me aware. In fairness, a replacement bouquet was sent out the same day. I am told they are lovely. This is the first time I have had issues with a delivery though very disappointed so late.

I've ordered from Bunches before. But on this occasion the recipient remembered to send me a picture of the flowers. They look like they were already on deaths door on the day of receipt

I booked for a delivery for 7th February for my mum's special birthday, however the flowers arrived a day late so therefore I will not be using. I booked the delivery 3 days in advance, so expected the flowers to arrive on the requested day. Will not be using Bunches.co.uk again. Very disappointed with the service.

I was disappointed in the presentation of the flower arrangement. I am a regular customer and have had excellent service in the past. But on this occasion, the product did not come up to the standard that l am used to.

Not happy - Flowers were meant to be delivered on Saturday and didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. I sent a message of complaint via website but have not had any response. Previously I have had very good service so this was a great disappointment.

Very disappointed that flowers for a big birthday celebration didn't arrive on the day. Apparently I should have paid extra for delivery on the day - something that was not stated clearly on the site.

Looks like Royal Mail delivered to wrong address. My mum's birthday was a Saturday and they appeared on her doorstep late on Monday. Flowers were bashed like they had been lying upside down. There was nothing in the packaging to hold in moisture and they were not the lovely surprise i paid £27 for

I was very dismayed having paid £5.99 extra for my flowers to be delivered by courier to a terminally ill friend, that they were just left on the doorstep by the courier (George apparently). My friend sadly passed away four days later, and I have no way of knowing whether she actually received the flowers, or whether a passerby helped themselves. It seems inappropriate under the circumstances for me to ask whether my friend got to see the flowers before she died.

Sadly i ordered the flowers to arrive on a Saturday, and they didn't arrive until the Monday afternoon. When i complained they said i hadnt paid for a specific date. I hadnt realised they would be 48hrs late. Apparently they were lovely flowers once they arrived.
