Delivery was going to be 12th but may be a day later on 13th but actual delivery was 15th. No tracking on first class post but if I post a parcel I get a tracking number?? I asked how the flowers were after 3 days in post - receiver said they were lovely. Bit disappointed to be honest.

Was disappointed as flowers didnt look like the ones in picture that I ordered. There was the right amount of stems but flwers were poor. They were for my daughters 30th birthday from her 3 boys.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. My latest order from Bunches unfortunately arrived five days late, so the flowers were not as fresh as usual when they reached the recipients' home in London. I realise that this was due to problems with Royal Mail because of the pandemic, but it was still disappointing. I should stress that this has not been a problem with previous Bunches orders.

I have used bunches several times and have been pleased with the quick delivery. The first set of flowers looked beautiful and I was very pleased with them, although not arriving as big or beautiful as that in the picture, it is to be expected. The second set I bought I found myself slightly disappointed. It had little resemblance to what I had purchased and advised would be including. It did look slightly like a low end supermarket bouquet; quite sparse looking. I think this wouldn’t have been a massive issue if it wasn’t for the price I paid for them. They were still lovely flowers and the recipient liked them very much. However, I felt that the price didn’t correspond to the second batch. It may have been a one off, so will not completely cut out the idea of ordering from here again.

Good service but the quality and quantity of flowers received was rather disappointing considering the cost or the purchase

Would have looked 100% better .with a little spray of green .just to liven them up .

I ordered flowers for the 91st birthday of a close relative who lives 150 miles away from me. Very disappointed that they didn’t arrive on her birthday and were a day late

I’ve used bunches before and was very impressed.... this time while I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, I was really disappointed with the flowers sent. The bouquet I ordered was nothing like the colours or flowers that were shown in the picture. It was for a very special and sad occasion and I wanted the flowers to represent something about my friend. Instead - they were just flowers. No point ordering from the pictures if the finished product is completely different.

I ordered 3 bunches, 1 each for my mum, sister & daughter to tell them I was thinking of them in lockdown. Both my sister & daughter received their flowers on the days requested, and their flowers are still blooming and look gorgeous. My mum received hers 2 days later, the ends were dry and the flowers only lasted 5 days.

Disappointing quality; bunch had too many damaged flowers and lacked fresh appearance. Nowhere near as attractive as local florist or superstore sourced flowers pre-lockdown.

I'm told the flowers were lovely but I was a bit frustrated by the website constantly saying first available delivery was the 5th but every item offered the 7th or later. Chose the 7th, arrived on the 8th.

Delivery is excellent. I’ve sent 2 bouquets recently 1 to a friend and 1 to my mother and only seen picture of the 1. I’m very disappointed and wondering now if the other one was so poor. If I could add picture and compare it with what is advertised you would clearly see there’s not even half the flowers.

The flowers and cake were really good. However They were late to deliver the flowers by 2 days

I have used Bunches quite a few times and the flowers have always been good according to the people I have sent them to. This time however, although so far as I know the flowers were OK it was the delivery that was the problem. They arrived three days late. I know we are going through very difficult times but thought you should know this. I will use the company again but in less stressful times.

I have bought one of the year long bunch a month deals. It's a bit of a mixed bag. Occasionally the bouquets are lovely with flowers that complement each other and foliage that works well with them. Most other times its as if the florist had a few bits of things left over and just bunged them in together. I usually have to then go and buy some more flowers to supplement the bunch. I know that being winter the choice is somewhat restricted but when I order specific bouquets they are fine, so why is the choice not there for the subscription ones. I feel a bit conned to be honest.
