“I was pleased the flowers arrived in time, and they appeared fairly fresh, as my friend sent a photo and was pleased with them, but they were quite sparse and looked very unlike the ones on the webpage, and not really worth the price, but I got a reasonable discount so l guess l got what I paid for. But l was a bit disappointed for my friends birthday gift. The chocolates were a nice addition though.”

“Hi I received a fantastic bunch of flowers from bunches from a friend and so decided to send some to my mum. Firstly they didn't arrive on time and secondly they were nothing like the picture (iris and freesias) and when freesias did come out the irises had died, so although my own flowers were still looking brilliant (pink carnations) my mums was a real disappointment. Customer services were brilliant when I let them know that they hadn't arrived, and sent a next day delivery but overall the flowers I chose let it down. Shame, as mine were so impressive.”

“The flowers arrived on time and looked nice to start with but quickly died - lasted less than a week before they all needed throwing away. Not sure if I would use them again - it was a last minute gift so worked this time”

“Bought 4 bouquets for colleagues as leaving presents. Only 3 arrived on the day which was awkward. Quite expensive but didn’t look much or very special in their plain cardboard boxes. Hope the contents were nice. Wish I had gone to a local florist to get nicely arranged bouquets”

“The flowers I purchased for my mother and mother in law were a bit disappointing. They looked like far bigger blooms in the photo, so I thought they would stand alone beautifully. Sadly when the two mothers sent me photos I felt that the flowers were rather disappointing and could have done with far more stems or other foliage.”

“Good web sight really easy to use. I chose white roses as were illustrated by the picture. Unfortunately pale lavender roses were delivered If the white roses were unavailable then I would like to have had the choice of substitute colour”

“My latest order arrived via Royal Mail and was completely trashed. It was a pot plant, and all the soil was out of the pot and most flower stalks were broken. Very disappointed as it was for a birthday. I took a refund, and will be thinking twice before ordering from Bunches again.”

“Usually very good and our ‘go to’ for flower deliveries. However, last order was a bit disappointing where heads were dropping off etc , so may have to re think future orders unfortunately.”

“I have always been very happy with Bunches. However I recently purchased 7 bouquets of orchids and was very disappointed how quickly they drooped and the buds didn’t open. All seven recipients felt the same. Disappointed .”

“Flowers were beautiful but I was so disappointed that they did not arrive on time. It meant that it was late for my friend's birthday. I've used royal mail a lot recently and I haven't had any problems. So I have a suspicion that they were posted late, rather than the postal service being delayed.”

“All my previous orders have been first class and I have sent them as gifts to a number of people who have commented similarly. The most recent bunch was of irises and freesias and I have to say I was a little disappointed as they only lasted 5 days.”

“Very disappointed of the size of the flowers even after the were all bloomed as they were nothing like the photo, but the wife was happy, and that’s the most important thing , but very little care from bunches to sort the complaint out.”

“I have bought Bunches flowers before and they have always been lovely. However, this time I bought a bunch of yellow roses and purple irises for myself, which arrived swiftly the next day. They were perfect, although already well out and not at the bud opening stage. They lasted for a short time which was disappointing”

“Bought a bunch of flowers for my mums birthday. I was pretty disappointed as a lot of the flower heads had been snapped off. They were pretty squished together as well. They were pretty but just not worth the amount I paid. I don’t think I would buy any flowers from here again.”
