“I ordered a bunch of Singapore orchids to celebrate my Mum's recovery from Covid. Although the flower stems were lovely, they were wilted on arrival and only lasted a day or two even after the stems were cut back. Very disappointing and not worth complaining as the moment had passed.”

“The choice of flowers was nice and also the ease of choosing them and any additional items to send. The only downside for me is that they are sent by royal mail without any tracking information, so I am still unsure if the flowers have been received by the recipient.”

“The flowers were very pretty but they came the day after the persons birthday so that was a disappointment to me. They said it was ok as Covid affects deliveries but I wish you delivered a day early not late”

“Flowers arrived two days late. Better for Bunches to be more honest and state only the premium priced delivery guarantees delivery on a certain date. I fell in the 10% that did not get 1st Class delivery.”

“My order consisted of 20 Freesias a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate truffles. I was pleased with the transaction as it came on time and was almost perfect. The reason it was almost perfect was that the promised 20 stems turned out to be 17 with flowers in bud and 3 without anything just green twigs. My wife did like them and I didn’t tell her they were missing a few so it didn’t detract from the day. I would just suggest an improvement in quality control as flowers are very delicate.”

“For my second order in row which has arrived late flowers were flagging when they arrived but after a day in water made a recovery. Disappointed this happened again as they were ordered il lots of time maybe not your fault it could have Royal Mail as the flowers weren’t packed in water just disappointed this was for my wife’s birthday and were late again!!! Regards Alexander Strachan”

“The flowers arrived a day late and had not been looked after by RoyalMail , , every tired looking , I Had asked for a morning delivery but got a late afternoon following day ! Shame. Really ,usually on time.”

“I was not informed when delivered to my recipient, which would of been useful. The flowers were well packaged & I did see a photo & looked fresh, unfortunately I had to ask my friend if there had been a cake enclosed with the flowers - in which she had to go & find it in the recycling. Disappointing compared to other companies I have used recently.”

“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for my mum. Full price was £35 but I got 15% discount. Although flowers were nice, bouquet was very small so I was disappointed. I use bunches a lot but this was the first time I actually saw the flowers. Unsure if I will order again.”

“Was advised that delivery couldn't be guaranteed as first class mail but arrived on 3rd day after expected. Flowers seemed to be in good condition though. Would use again if date not crucial.”

“Was very worried. Expected delivery date was 1/12/20, so was disappointing they arrived a couple of days later. They eventually arrived on the 3rd. Apparently they were quite droopy and wasn’t in bud. But looked okay when watered.”
