According to my sister who was the recipient of these flowers some of the roses were very limp which I am thoroughly disappointed with. Obviously ordering on line I cannot see the finished item and when she told me they looked a little worse for wear I was disappointed. I will think twice of ordering from bunches in the future.

Flowers did not look anything like the picture only 8 carnations and I white flowers

I understand it is a difficult time but disappointed that the flowers arrived two days late. I cannot make comment on the flowers as I have not seen them.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Flowers were lovely and arrived on time, not so great was the vase which I purchased as an add on that leaked all over the table. Was promised a new vase but this hasn’t arrived yet. This is a shame as the flowers had to be cut down to fit an existing vase. A pity as the two together would have made the perfect gift.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday and weren’t delivered until the Monday, they did look quite wilted from the photo my daughter sent me. C Telfer

I thought the bunch would of been a lot bigger than what they were. A couple of the heads have dropped. This is the first time they haven’t gave me the wow factor

I was offered delivery dates and chose 23 December. However the flowers were delivered 12 December. I have used bunches on numerous occasions so very disappointed. I hope the flowers are not dead on Xmas day for my friends.

Good quick posting but I receiver is not in some I sent was stuck in post office sorting centre for 3 days and were dead once they we received so bunches feel you need to make an arrangement with post office if not able to deliver may be just a note through door where they have left parcel even if it’s on door step

Previously I am sure I had an email letting me know the flowers had been delivered. Friend did tell me and said the flowers were lovely.

I ordered a bunch of Singapore orchids to celebrate my Mum's recovery from Covid. Although the flower stems were lovely, they were wilted on arrival and only lasted a day or two even after the stems were cut back. Very disappointing and not worth complaining as the moment had passed.

The choice of flowers was nice and also the ease of choosing them and any additional items to send. The only downside for me is that they are sent by royal mail without any tracking information, so I am still unsure if the flowers have been received by the recipient.

The flowers were very pretty but they came the day after the persons birthday so that was a disappointment to me. They said it was ok as Covid affects deliveries but I wish you delivered a day early not late

Delivered on time. Flowers looked nice after initially a couple being droopy. A bit strange that there was no scent to the flowers.

Flowers arrived two days late. Better for Bunches to be more honest and state only the premium priced delivery guarantees delivery on a certain date. I fell in the 10% that did not get 1st Class delivery.

My order consisted of 20 Freesias a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate truffles. I was pleased with the transaction as it came on time and was almost perfect. The reason it was almost perfect was that the promised 20 stems turned out to be 17 with flowers in bud and 3 without anything just green twigs. My wife did like them and I didn’t tell her they were missing a few so it didn’t detract from the day. I would just suggest an improvement in quality control as flowers are very delicate.

For my second order in row which has arrived late flowers were flagging when they arrived but after a day in water made a recovery. Disappointed this happened again as they were ordered il lots of time maybe not your fault it could have Royal Mail as the flowers weren’t packed in water just disappointed this was for my wife’s birthday and were late again!!! smaller than expected for £15 , could have got full bouquet from Tesco. The small flowers were also not arranged.
