“A very user-friendly website. Flowers and delivery date easy to select. Card and message option also well laid out. Additional items to accompany flowers easy to add. Flowers are always of excellent quality and arrive in a flat pack. Extremely long-lasting. I have never been let down with delivery. Customer regular updated with order progress. Excellent service throughout.”

“A good variety of flowers, hampers etc, I chose a hamper for relatives that were celebrating an anniversary, birthday and Retirement all on the same day. Whilst thanking me for my thoughtfulness, they said how pleased they were with my choice which arrived in perfect condition. He only downer was that I forgot to use my money-off coupon.”

“Flowers arrived on time but were left outside the front door in the midday sun on an extremely hot day (not in the designated safe place as stated). Flowers looked jaded but picked up and the bunch was much smaller than expected. Not what I had wished for as a birthday surprise.”
