“I am afraid that your order was ruined by delivery, which was late. Also the product was left in an exposed area and was unfortunately water logged. Perhaps you could allow senders to stipulate a delivery location? In the case of rural properties people still use their back entrances and dont monitor their front doors.”

“Nice wreath but it was hidden in a bin without telling anyone so I had to call my elderly mum and ask if she had had a delivery. She said no so I had to ask her to search the outside of her property which was when she discovered it. Not the surprise birthday experience I had hoped for.”

“I ordered a plant in a decorative pot. The pot is absolutely brilliant and a total hit with the recipient. The plant looks a little sad but hopefully will perk up with a bit of TLC. However I was a little let down by the delivery as it arrived a day late. That said I would use this service again. Well done.”
