“Delivered on time but slightly disappointed in what was supposed to be a deluxe (ie more expensive) bunch of flowers. I understand that some of the flowers were in bud but the photo my mother sent me was somewhat underwhelming in that several of the stems of flowers looked very small and not the generous bunch shown in the advert.”

“I was discussing with my wife - that we have been using this service for probably 20-years or so - and that this business has NEVER let us down once in quality of product or promptness of delivery. This was even the case during Covid-19 - when our family was kept apart during lock-down! Furthermore, the qualified discounts are a good incentive to keep using this service - as it makes many choices affordable for the average customer. A very well-run UK-based business indeed!”
