“I’m sorry but I was very disappointed with the bouquet that arrived. The photo displayed an array of flowers but this just consisted of carnations and one odd flower which I think was a chrysanthemum. There was some spindly twigs with tiny buds which didn’t open up.”

“Flowers ok, but within minuets I emailed to say I noticed something wrong, literally minutes, and they said it was too late, order had already been dispatched. Very unhelpful, seemed like couldn’t be bothered to make a small change. Won’t use again”

“I've been using Bunches for many years now and am never disappointed. The potted plant of azaelas bought for Mother's Day was stunning, vibrant pink in colour and still looking great a week later. The only downside is the high delivery charge when most online flower companies offer free delivery.”

“A little disappointed really, I paid over £47, the flowers arrived on time & looked lovely but after a few days some were going over & few more days over half had gone over. All other times I’ve purchased flowers for my mother, they last much longer this.”
