“Not Bunches fault that the flowers were not delivered on the requested day because Royal Mail sent them to the wrong delivery office. They were supposed to have been delivered on Saturday 21st March but spent the whole weekend going backwards and forwards to various other local delivery offices. Eventually they were delivered on Monday 23rd March, very thirsty and tired. I was told by the recipient that they were perking up on Monday evening but I don't know how long they will last. I will make sure not to request a weekend delivery in future in case this happens again. I will make sure I place the order carefully to minimise the risks.”

“Lovely flowers that were well received. The only issue was that they were delivered rather dry, in that the end of the stems were not in any form of liquid or moisture. Luckily after placing in water, they perked up to look good. Had they been left unopened in the packaging for much longer they may not have survived.”

“We ordered the Pretty in Pastel Dried Flower Gift which arrived on the date expected, however it appeared that the package had been opened and damaged in delivery. When bunches were informed, we were immediately send a new gift, including a supplementary sunflower seeds to make up for the damage. The communication was swift and clear and the flowers were beautiful and in pristine condition the second time round. Would buy again.”

“Not impressed. Paid extra for delivery of flowers on mother's day. Tracker showed they attempted to deliver at 10am and 2pm however when checking security footage of the front gate no attempt of delivery. Then flowers delivered the next day and just left at the gate, so no signature was required so why were they not left on the day I paid extra for. As someone was home the whole day! Absolute con if you want delivery on a specific day and pay extra for it, they dont deliver!”

“Dear Bunches We would like to say, could you please make sure that the delivery is actually received, personally, before leaving on the doorstep We ordered the flowers for our elderly parents, whom did'nt answer the door & only opened the door, to the flowers left on the doorstep a day later. Many thanks”

We completely understand your concern, especially when sending gifts to elderly relatives. Unfortunately, both Royal Mail and our courier partners are permitted to leave parcels in a safe place at the property if no one answers the door, and this is something we are unable to control on our end. We'd recommend letting the recipient know to expect a delivery so they can keep an eye out for it. Once you receive your tracking email from us, you can also use the Royal Mail tracking link to set a delivery preference for the parcel. “Dont use your services very often, but when I do, (maybe twice a year) am always impressed by your service and efficiency . And the feedback I get from the friend who recieves the flowers is always very positive which I know to be true as she sends a photo. Thank you for your help and good service.”
