“My mum loved her friseur plant for mother's day, very well packed as ever from bunches, in flower and loads of buds waiting to come out, had to put some stakes to support the stems because they were a little top heavy with the flowers and buds, but thats no big deal and of course the pack of sunflower seeds 😊”

“I've been using their deliveey service for over 12 years.Very reliable.Only on 2 occasions the delivery was not on time and the flowers weren't fresh by the time they arrived and this was quickly amended by replacement or refund. I find Bunches very reliable.”

“Despite an early order the flowers arrived the day after Mother's Day. On arrival they were described as 'tired' . I'm not sure I'll be using this company again.”

“The mother's day flowers my mother received were beautiful however, I did pay for them to be delivered on the Sunday but they actually arrived the next day, I understand that it may have been because of when I ordered but then the Sunday shouldn't have been offered as an option for delivery. I also ordered a box of chocolates to be delivered with the flowers but they were not even sent, I didn't even know until I asked my mother if she had received them and she told me she hadn't, surely I could have been told in the order confirmation or dispatch email that they weren't available and refunded the money, or better yet update the website to note that they are out of stock?”

“Delivery was by Royal Mail so my mother didn't receive her flowers until almost the end of the day on Mother's Day. While the lillies were still to come out the other flowers were just past their best and after three days were removed from the vase as "dead". Expensive mistake buying this bouquet.”
