“Letterbox flowers arrived on the promised day. Friend sent photos. Flowers looked ok but a few days later they looked really very nice. Just as expected in the photo on their website. No complaints at all.”

“Fantastic service. I had to order flowers with little notice and arranged online for next day delivery. I had an issue with the print inside my card so I called the shop and the assistant was great and very helpful. The flowers were beautiful and arrived to my friend the following morning. I also liked that the flowers were tracked ao I knew when they had delivered. Thank you so much”

“My cousin bought me flowers from here and they were beauitful and lasted nearly 2 weeks! I was so impressed. This is why I decided to use them for my friend who was due to go into hospital for surgery in a weeks time. I requested next day delivery so I knew she’d get them yet they took 4 days to arrive. So she only had them a couple of days. Maybe that was my bad for not ordering sooner. But next day option shouldn’t be there if you can’t deliver next day.”

“The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the bunch of flowers arrived as almost all buds, so although they were lovely 3 days after, they looked a bit underwhelming when they arrived as a birthday gift. Other than that, very pleased.”

“The plant was lovely, it was a gift for my friends birthday.I was disappointed about delivery though. I had a text to say it would arrive by 2 pm, then got another text to say it would be there by 6.30. My friends ended up having to stay in all day. They were not happy.”
