Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I ordered two house plants from Bunches for Christmas and they arrived on the date specified, packed in impressive sturdy packaging and inside the plants were in excellent condition. They subsequently flowered in full and look superb. The online ordering and payment processes were very easy to use and the prices were very reasonable. I have used bunches over the years for house plants and have always been delighted with my plants. Thank you Bunches!”

“Wasn´t so happy this time. Although I got a tracking number on the day of delivery it wasn´t delivered until 3 days later. Don´t know where they were stored but the flowers weren´t so fresh and let their heads drop.”

“I have used bunches every time I send flowers and always had good feedback. However on this occasion whilst the flowers were intact the recipient did inform me that all the accompanying greenery was tatty and damaged. She removed them and states looked fine without. I also received no confirmation of delivery. I will continue to use bunches but hopefully will not receive any more flowers below the usual standard.”
