“The ordering process was quite difficult to navigate then I had to pay postage twice as the flowers and hamper arrived from separate places ummm not ideal. Flowers were ok but I wouldn’t say stunning, but I didn’t see the hamper”

“I have used Bunches several times in the past and been satisfied with their flowers. I send them to my sister on her birthday. However this year, she sent a photo of the flowers in a vase and they looked nothing like the photo of Pink Parfait on your website. Bloom wise, I could only see two freesias, a few carnations and a lot of fillers. So disappointed in you Bunches. Your website photos are not showing the true product!”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom — at which point it should look just like the image on our website. “Absolutely love Bunches it is the best online flower company I have found Bunches has now branched out to other products afternoon Teas, afternoon Coffees, chocolates and so many more products I have personally bought 2 lots of afternoon tea, very affordable and useful as gifts Quick delivery and lovely packaging and the flowers do last! For 2 weeks I really like there loyality rewards scheme which gives you posy points every time you spend you can take a little off, add a voucher code for free delivery get a little discount on the site makes it very affordable Really highly would recommend bunches”
