“Honestly I was devastated when my friend received her package I ordered her for Christmas, it arrived it. Brown paper bag not a hamper as advertised and my note with Christmas wishes was printed on the receipt not even on a nice card the receipt was also torn up with the wishes I was really upset with the quality”

“I have used Bunches many times now and I have never had a problem with the service. I would have given it 5 stars but took one off as I find the website confusing at times to navigate to what I want. The last item I ordered was at Christmas and it was a plant for my sister in law. The post this Christmas has been atrocious and I was a little nervous about whether it would arrive on time. I did not need to worry as the plant arrived on time and my sister in law was thrilled with it. If ever I need to send flowers I always use Bunches.”

“Ordered some flowers for my mums birthday and spent over £30, what arrived looked nothing like the photo, sadly I could have bought a much better looking bunch in the supermarket for £10. Shockingly sparse bouquet, even after it had bloomed further for a few days it didn't fill out much. Wouldn't order again unfortunately.”
