“I brought a hamper as a gift postage label on the box not impressed had to rip it off ,left a mess plus the sell by is the 24th December 2025 , the hamper is a birthday gift for the 26th December, will not buy again”

As a gifting company, the majority of our gifts are sent directly to recipients, which is why delivery labels are placed on the outer packaging. We understand this wasn't ideal for a gift you were giving in person, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused when removing the label. Regarding the best before dates, as hampers contain perishable items, dates are typically around 30 days from dispatch. For gifts being purchased in advance of an occasion, we'd recommend selecting a later delivery date closer to when the hamper will be enjoyed. This ensures the products are as fresh as possible. “Unfortunately the flowers were delivered 1 day late I paid for next day delivery and the flowers arrived in day two at 8 pm - very disappointed with service and flowers in general - they were being sent for a very special reason too”
