My missed a delivery. She lives in a block of flats. Instead of leaving the flowers with a neighbour you took the fresh flowers back to tge post office. When my mum called for re delivery it was 4days later. The flowers were ruined when she got them

I order some flowers for mother’s day. I requested for them to be delivered on a Saturday they didn’t deliver them until the Monday. I had no confirmation email to say whether they had even been shipped. When they arrived they looked like £10 flowers you can get from Tesco, which cost me £28! Waste of time and money. Not happy.

The flowers I purchased for my mother’s day came on a Thursday even though I opted for Saturday delivery, and the quality for the price I paid was not very satisfying, very disappointed

Not delivered on correct date so missed Mother’s Day. Flowers were starting to deteriorate due to delay in delivery.

The flowers were half dead, the way it was shown on your website was completely different to how it was in person which I was not happy about!!

When the box of flowers were opened, a lot of flower heads fell on the floor. The flowers were not in the soil container (which the soil looked mouldy), because of the flowers not being in the soil pot, the Mother’s Day card that I purchased was damp. My mum was very disappointed as was I as it was supposed to be a beautiful gift.

I have purchased several times from bunches and the people I have bought for have always been delighted. I have always felt that I have got value for money. Until this time, that is. According to my recipient, the flowers were not in good condition and looked nothing like the photo on the website. I will not be returning.

The delivery was ordered for Saturday the 10th March - however it only actually got delivered on Monday 12th March. To make matters worse the package was left by the front door, in the pouring rain - resulting in it almost disintegrating upon touch. Any longer and the plant inside would have been severely damaged. Sorry Bunches - NOT impressed

the flowers were for my grandma on mother’s day. I found out from her care home that they were practically dead on arrival and they were thrown out within 3 days. Won’t ever use bunches again.

Requested expedited delivery by 1pm next day to home address. The courier (DFD) delivered my order to a store 10 miles away. Rang customer services, but nothing was done. I had pick up the flowers myself 2 days later.

The flowers didn’t look anything like the picture on the website, they basically were already dead before, due to no water so the poor things were that thirsty they probably stopped off at a shop to keep hydrated, and the card it came with was the smallest card I’ve ever seen
