Everything. The flowers were nowhere near a like as what they seemed on the picture , considering the price you’d think they’d be a lot nicer.

The flowers arrived the day after Mother’s Day. However more worrying was that when I visited 4 days later, the flowers were already over. Disappointing. I really don’t like giving bad reviews - in fact this is probably my first

The flowers I ordered are terrible, they had no water in the pot and some of them already had dead petals . Won't be ordering again

The flowers were not like they were in the pictures and when they came they were half dead

The flowers came in two parts and they were a poor poor quality. I was very disappointed considering these were for mothers day. I'd like a refund as the flowers were dying by day 4

Well.... they were dead by the time they got here. AND they were squashed in the small box that they were put in. What can I say not worth my money, I do hope I can get a refund for them as it was so disappointing when I had to give my mum them for mother's day.

Picture on the site is very deceitful. Shouldn’t be selling flowers that small for that price. Not what I expected at all!

The bouquet of lilies was not as pretty as advertised on the website, furthermore the lilies have not blossomed even after a week. My girlfriend received a bunch of un-blossomed lilies for her first anniversary. Rather disappointing.

I sent them to my best friend for mother’s day. Was dissatisfied that some of the flowers were dead or dying within days and she told be that there was no stems on those that died so she couldn’t nurture them to live, the last lot was fine but these were very bad

I have just spoken to my Mum, who remarked how disappointed she was with the flowers that she received for Mothers Day. When they arrived, she said they looked really beautiful. However, they only lasted 3 days. I have used Bunches for a number of years now and this is not up to your usual standard.

I have used Bunches on several occasions - the first few times I was very happy hence the reason I used them again. On my next order which was for my daughters birthday I was very disappointed as the flowers were very sparse and were not in good condition - this was rectified by me receiving a fresh bouquet for my daughter. I decided to use Bunches again for flowers for my mother in law - these arrived too late for her birthday. I thought I would have one last g and ordered flower again for my mother in law for Mothers Day this year - they were ordered in plenty of time but arrived too late and I am very disappointed with this. I called customer services to find out where the order was and was advised thay they were to be delivered by Royal Mail - why would a flower company use Royal Mail who do not deliver on Sundays?! Very disappointed.

I have used this company for years but this last 2 weeks they have let me down on 2 deliveries and their customer service left a lot to be desired! 1st bunch failed to arrive for Mother’s day. I emailed and was told they would send another bunch upgraded and by courier that day. Then more than 24hrs later I received an email asking for the recipients address!! I asked for my money back. By this point the flowers were 4 days late! The second bunch didn’t arrive either. They were sent out 3 days late! Not sure what has gone on but not the same service I have always received in the past.

When flowers arrived it was several separate bunches of flowers that looked like what you buy at petrol station. They were quite wilted. My mum arranged them herself and flowers revived once in water. Disappointing considering cost.

I would vote 0 if I could. I've already written to customer services MULTIPLE TIMES AND MY COMPLAINT HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED A WEEK LATER

Flowers were delivered early, left over a gate so dropped from height. I had two orders, both flowers looked dead within 1 day and as a compliment you only resent to one of my deliveries, leaving me to purchase another replacement elsewhere for the other. Disappointed and won’t use Bunches again, especially after only delivery of one replacement.

Website great, delivery terrible - box doesn’t fit through letter box and flowers not in water. Quality of flowers poor, looked like they had been taken from a graveyard and lasted only a few days.

I had always been very happy with Bunches but the begonia I bought for mother’s day was in poor condition- lop sided and browning. The card that came with it was much smaller than last year. Very disappointing
