I ordered what I thought was good size bouquet for my mum on mother’s day, unfortunately they did not look anything like the one shown on website it was a small bouquet and the actual stems were shorter than expected! My mum didn’t like them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and for £37 including delivery not good value for money! Very disappointed! Wouldn’t order from you again!

My mum was disappointed that half of the flowers I sent her for Mothers Day had to be binned on the third day.I'm very disappointed too!

Apparently the flowers were lovely but arrived a day after Mother's Day even though I ordered them two weeks in advance.

Terrible punch of flowers, delivered two days early. 23 stems actually turned out to be 16 and very poor quality at that. Website pics look nothing like the actual flowers. New bunch was sent after complaint. Same issue poor quality and not enough stems.

Flowers ordered for Mothers Day. Royal Mail didn't bother to knock at door for delivery (both Mum and Dad were home) but left a card saying the parcel could be collected on Monday. Flowers had no dampening cotton around cut ends and so were drooping when collected and only a portion revived. Very disappointed.

I'd asked for the flowers to be left with a neighbour because the lady was elderly & hard of hearing but a card was put through the door and someone had to collect the flowers from the delivery office the next working day

If the recipient is not available to accept the gift when delivery is attempted they are returned to a local sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may do this. A delivery request can be left on the order; however, this is not guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Delivered flowers on time but 8 of the carnations did not open and we're black not happy at all recommend going to supermarket as much cheaper and you can see what your buying

I have used Bunches for years. I last used for Mothers day a couple of weeks ago.. I did not notice that the chocolates were not there. These were Bunches USP - part of the present to friends and family. Also my mother told me the flowers did not last very long - not like they used to. There are plenty of other flowers online so I will go elsewhere next time

Second time I’ve had an issue with flowers ordered from here - I won’t be ordering again. This time Lily’s dead on arrival and the rest of the flowers looking sad indeed. Replacement sent to wrong person and after a lot of back and forth I finally got money refunded.

Sadly my mother in laws Mothers Day flowers started dying after just 2 days. All were day by day 4. Very disappointed ☹️

I was disappointed with Bunches service on this occasion, having always had a good experience in the past. This time, I didn’t receive notification that the mother’s day flowers I ordered for my mum had been delivered (I live in Australia and I’d ordered the flowers for my Mum who lives in England). When I wrote and asked Bunches for delivery confirmation, a Bunches representive responded that they had no way of knowing whether they had been delivered, suspected they probably hadn’t, and would try to look into it. They still haven’t got back to me. It’s a very poor response.

Considering it was mother’s day flowers I sent I would have wanted them to last more then 5 days The bunch of roses I got from a garage are lasting longer then the ones I sent to my mother I law

Ordered a mother’s day bouquet to arrive on Saturday. They were delivered thurs am. The roses were already fully open so by mother’s day they had already started to wilt. Not impressed - have had better supermarket flowers for 1/4 of the price.
