Rubbish quality. We made two separate orders. One turned up with several of the main flowers broken in the stem. Both orders (although pretty looking on receipt) died within a couple of days. There are zero buds in there so it will not last.

I was disappointed in the delivery this year. There was more foliage than flowers and the flowers looked sad on arrival Not what I expected from Bunches as been using them for years.

Disappointed, the flowers arrived in bud as stated but half of the freesia did not open and didn't really smell of anything, tulips were OK, shame.

I have ordered from you a few times and my rating would be Very Good, but this time flowers were very poor and wrong goods ie cake, was sent a candle!! For the amount I paid I was very disappointed.

Bit disappointed. One week after delivery. The flowrts were shrivelled and ready to be thrown out. Supermsrket flowers would still be ok. Delivery is very convenient but I think I will think of something else next year.

I ordered my Mum some flowers for Mothering Sunday, to arrive on the Saturday before. I'm not sure when they arrived, as both my parents are 89 and have difficulty remembering, but they both said the flowers were there about 3 days before the Saturday. By the time we arrived to visit them on the Thursday after Mothering Sunday the flowers had died and been thrown in the bin so we didn't get to see them, which was a shame. I don't think the quality was good enough on this occasion, as the flowers should last longer than this.

So disappointed with the flowers I ordered my mum for Mother's Day. Came in box as 3 separate bunches that looked like they were from a petrol station, nothing like pictures. I definitely should have gone to a supermarket for less than half the price!! Such a shame as they looked gorgeous in pictures.

Delivery was on time and ordering was simple and convenient but the flowers themselves barely lasted 5 days despite following the instructions enclosed. The flowers were lovely whilst they lasted bit unfortunately I wouldn't order again.

I have always been delighted with bunches. But unfortunately this years Mother’s Day flowers were a disappointment. Normally both Mums enjoyed the flowers for over a week. This year both bunches looked like they have been left in a hot room and only lasted for five day before the roses dropped.

I was very upset with how the flowers arrived after paying £32 for mother’s day flowers and delivery too I was upset that they looked nothing like the bunch we got very upsetting as it looked like I had ordered the cheapest bunch I could fine

The flowers arrived after 2 o’clock when they said we strive to have them to you before 11. When opened a third of the flowers were dead or rotten. I have complained about this and had more flowers sent out again the said we strive to get the to you by 11 but again they didn’t come till gone 2. Enough said I think.
