I'm told the flowers were lovely but I was a bit frustrated by the website constantly saying first available delivery was the 5th but every item offered the 7th or later. Chose the 7th, arrived on the 8th.

We advertise our earliest date of delivery on our home page, however this depends on stock availability ,therefore if the calendar was greyed out on your preferred date this would be due to us waiting for stock to arrive. Delivery is excellent. I’ve sent 2 bouquets recently 1 to a friend and 1 to my mother and only seen picture of the 1. I’m very disappointed and wondering now if the other one was so poor. If I could add picture and compare it with what is advertised you would clearly see there’s not even half the flowers.

The flowers and cake were really good. However They were late to deliver the flowers by 2 days

I have used Bunches quite a few times and the flowers have always been good according to the people I have sent them to. This time however, although so far as I know the flowers were OK it was the delivery that was the problem. They arrived three days late. I know we are going through very difficult times but thought you should know this. I will use the company again but in less stressful times.

I have bought one of the year long bunch a month deals. It's a bit of a mixed bag. Occasionally the bouquets are lovely with flowers that complement each other and foliage that works well with them. Most other times its as if the florist had a few bits of things left over and just bunged them in together. I usually have to then go and buy some more flowers to supplement the bunch. I know that being winter the choice is somewhat restricted but when I order specific bouquets they are fine, so why is the choice not there for the subscription ones. I feel a bit conned to be honest.

Poor quality Gypsophila, by Christmas dried up and going discoloured. A few flowers broken off their stems, but mainly in good condition.

I have always used Bunches and never had any issues regarding delivery or quality of their flowers until now. I ordered my friend some flowers but they didn't arrive on her birthday and intact never arrived for a further 5 days by which time they were dead. Super disappointed as this has never happened before.

Would of given you 5 stars as the first time I purchased from you the recipient was very pleased. Sorry to say that on my next recent purchase was not happy at all, the flowers were limp and looked old. When I complained was told they were sending a new bunch but this as yet to happen.

I ordered flowers on the Black Friday weekend. I had them delivered on the 23rd December. I was very disappointed to hear most of the buds were dead. I always use bunches and this is the first time this has happened.

I would of loved to of given 5*, but I was very disappointed the flowers and cake I ordered for my mother in laws birthday for her birthday, where delivered a day late. After not seeing her for a whole year because of cover I really wanted her birthday to be special. This was spoiled for both of us by the flowers not arriving on the day I ordered them for.

A bit disappointed, ordered 2 bouquets to same address one for my sister one for my mum. One arrived on the correct date the other one was a day late. Also smaller bouquets than I expected. I thought I had read the small print correctly obviously I missed the size details. Flowers however looked lovely when my mum and sister sent photos to me.

I sent my granddaughter some flowers some of them were nearly dead.I phoned but got no where not even ( sorry ) I have used Bunches many times. The flowers I received from my daughter were lovely.
