“Generally OK but the last two orders, both for delivery to different addresses 28th Jan, one arrived a day late (ordered two weeks in advance) and the other delivery the flowers started wilting within 7 days. Not as good as it used to be.”

“The flowers I sent were described as would arrive as buds. They were but very green. They arrived on 26th January and even now in a warm centrally heated house they are not very good.”

“Generally I am very happy with the quality and service provided by Bunches but I was disappointed by my last purchase and will be exploring different options. The bunch was attractive but some petals were already going brown and they barely lasted the guaranteed 5 days.”

“I have to start off by saying that all my previous orders from Bunches have been brilliant. Fantastic looking flowers. delivered on time, great scent, lasted for weeks. This time was a little dissapointing. The flowers looked insipid (tired/lacking life), have no obvious scent even though the bunch included lillies. I put this down to the time of year and the brexit issues in getting fresh supplies, but I will think twice before ordering again (ok, so I will as previous deliveries were brilliant, but it does make you wonder if this will re-occur). Sorry Bunches, I really have loved every other delivery!”

“Choose a lovely looking Bunch of pink carnations for my wife to say thank you for looking after me when I was ill and she had to do everything so chose a large bunch . Was a bit upset when they arrived in a little box. Wasn't sure whether to give them to her or not . Will look elsewhere next month 😔”

“I have been using bunches. Co. UK for years now. Always really happy with them but over the last few weeks I've sent two and the second one was in my opinion not up to standard. It was a bit thin on the ground and all the flowers stated were not added. Rather disappointing. Might be time to look elsewhere.”
