I sent flowers to my niece as a birthday surprise, she thanked me with a pick of the flowers. I was extremely disappointed admittedly the flowers were not fully opened but there barely looked to be between 10 or 12 stems, the bunch I ordered should have had 17 Stems so overall disappointed with my first order.

I have used bunches many times and been happy, unfortunately this time the flowers only lasted 5 days. They came with a packet of seeds rather than the stuff that goes into the water. Unfortunately I don't think I will order from here again

Worst flowers I have ever ordered, pathetically small and lifeless flowers. Very unhappy and will never purchase again.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Large bunch of flowers looks empty in a vase. Far too expensive for the amount you get. First time I've used you and will not do it again.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I paid extra for Sunday delivery. Box was crushed at one end and when opened some flower heads were broken, from very disappointed

Bunches delivered my flowers with as an apology for flowers that had been delivered the day before that were substandard. The receipient didn't know the flowers were from us, thank you bunches for spoiling my mother in law's 80th birthday. 2 orders in 2 wrongs, not bad going.

I bought a similar bunch for my friend a year previous and I was so pleased when she sent me a picture, so I bought her another this year. This time there were hardly any flowers and it looked like a £10 bunch from the supermarket. Very disappointed and won’t be buying flowers from bunches again.

Very disappointed, nothing like the picture. When I complained, I received a silly reply claiming they will look better when they bloom!! They arrived in bloom so no different. Would rather go to Moonpig in future!

The bouquet that was sent on the 12th January for my daughter's birthday arrived in a crumbled cardboard box. Half of the flowers was crashed by this careless delivery, other half was not fresh at all. As a result we got flowers that didn't match the presented image on the site to say the least. When I expressed my discontent and wrote an email directly to the organization, I didn’t receive any feedback or an answer whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend you to anyone due to your lack of care and communication with the clients.

Sadly the flowers arrived 4 days late were very sad on arrival but did perk up. Appreciate this is not your fault due to strikes but maybe another courier should have been used.

Bought a bouquet of roses that were apparently half price from £80 to £40 on the website these were beautifully displayed in a box. I got these for my mums 65 birthday as a surprise and when they came I was appalled at what we received it was literally a bunch of 8 roses that I could probably bought at M&S for a fraction of the price and would have lasted longer than the 3 days my mum got from the ones I bought here.

Disappointed! 2nd recent delivery to the Witney area. The flowers were left by the garage; nobody was in. But why no card put in the door? The recipient did not see the flowers when she got home. I was a delivery notification with a photo of the garage. A card should have been put through the door too. I was only able to contact the recipient the next day. So she found the flowers a day late.

As a gifts by post company we do rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts are delivered safely and on time. Unfortunately, they have severely let us down on this occasion.
