The bouquet that was sent on the 12th January for my daughter's birthday arrived in a crumbled cardboard box. Half of the flowers was crashed by this careless delivery, other half was not fresh at all. As a result we got flowers that didn't match the presented image on the site to say the least. When I expressed my discontent and wrote an email directly to the organization, I didn’t receive any feedback or an answer whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend you to anyone due to your lack of care and communication with the clients.

Sadly the flowers arrived 4 days late were very sad on arrival but did perk up. Appreciate this is not your fault due to strikes but maybe another courier should have been used.

Bought a bouquet of roses that were apparently half price from £80 to £40 on the website these were beautifully displayed in a box. I got these for my mums 65 birthday as a surprise and when they came I was appalled at what we received it was literally a bunch of 8 roses that I could probably bought at M&S for a fraction of the price and would have lasted longer than the 3 days my mum got from the ones I bought here.

Disappointed! 2nd recent delivery to the Witney area. The flowers were left by the garage; nobody was in. But why no card put in the door? The recipient did not see the flowers when she got home. I was a delivery notification with a photo of the garage. A card should have been put through the door too. I was only able to contact the recipient the next day. So she found the flowers a day late.

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear the delivery driver did not leave a calling card to inform the recipient of where the gift had been left. As a gifts by post company we do rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts are delivered safely and on time. Unfortunately, they have severely let us down on this occasion. Hi I.m so sorry but my parcel did not get to my sister for Xmas at all I said leave with a neighbour prob person left but said person did not give it to her 😉 sis has said to do it again but I like bunches I will use you again have a Happy New Year

I ordered flowers as a birthday gift for a friend. They were not delivered on the day but were promised to be delivered a week later, after remaining in the Royal Mail office for 7 days. I dread to think what state they were in. Unbelievably unsatisfactory!

Unfortunately after using Bunches for many years- the Christmas delivery from the photo did not resemble the actual delivery even though I have been assured that the written text matches. Very disapointing- would suggest Bunches start charging again for delivery ( instead of free) .

I can only give a one star review as the flowers I ordered were never received. I appreciate this was probably due to the postal service being used but I cannot comment on something that didn't arrive.

Pointed used to think they were good value but no with paying the postage which is an extra and the last lot I received they just seem to be so skimpy afraid I don't think I'll be ordering again they needed a lot more greenery with them to bulk them out which just wasn't there air

Ordered the Rhubarb and Custard bouquet. Looked beautiful in the picture unfortunately didn't look very nice when delivered. Hardly any flowers in it and the white carnations already withered. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible and when I complained and sent a picture they kept saying they wanted me to count the stems of each kilns of flower. They could clearly see there was a major discrepancy in the size of bouquet. Since I had sent them from Canada to a cousin who’s husband passed, it was not appropriate to ask her to please count the stems and report back ! She just happened to send a picture to say thank you! I was mortified by the pathetic bunch of flowers that fit into a wine glass. Absolutely pathetic when I trusted this company…. Icing on the cake is not taking responsibility for the experience I had. Brutal and would say to run from this company!!!

Unfortunately the image you provided had quite a few flowers that are not from our range and it would seem the recipient has mixed the flowers with others and we have been unable to see the full bouquet. To be able to review this we would require the full stem count or an image of how the flowers arrived as we cannot see the full arrangement from the image given. The flowers came the day after the date said and also wasn’t a full bunch and didn’t look as good as they did in the picture, looked as though someone threw a few roses together n sent them on their way. Don’t like to complain but I wouldn’t buy flowers from here again.

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Not at all happy with the quantity for the price. On the picture it shows a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a lovely spray & a vast amount of flowers. What I received was not what was in picture, was about half of the quantity of flowers. I cant complain on quality as they were beautiful flowers but for the price I could have easily gone to tesco & bought at least 10 times the amount of bouquets for the price on here. Definitely will not be buying from here again ☹️

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Dreadful service. Poor communication. Goods did not arrive on time. Poor quality and damaged card. In total, a totally bad show. Need to tidy up their act.
