Dreadful service. Poor communication. Goods did not arrive on time. Poor quality and damaged card. In total, a totally bad show. Need to tidy up their act.

The flowers were not delivered until 2 days after the supposed delivery date, as the recipients were at the funeral of their son. I thought it being flowers they would have been left on the doorstep. I have used bunches for years and always been delighted with the service, but sadly won't be ever using your firm again. Mary G

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the recipient was not available when the delivery was attempted. We do advise in our delivery terms should no one be available the parcel will be returned to the depot after a calling card is left for the recipient to collect or rearrange delivery. Did an order on Monday 10th October, it is now Wednesday 26th October and they still haven't arrived yet!

Ordered a XL bunch of flowers for a 60th truthfully I was embarrassed by what they received only thing that remotely matched the picture was the lillies the rest was a joke no carnations just a few lillies and loads of foliage was not what was displayed or ordered, used next day delivery didn’t come next day which wasn’t a big deal but they was shipped out with no water so wilted abit Emailed over a week ago no response

Awful limp bunch of squashed dead flowers really cheered up my sister who was about to start her 2nd round of chemotherapy never again!!!! And no communication when I tried to complain disgusted

Ordered flowers for my step mum's birthday on 10/10/22 and she still hasn't received them, Royal Mail say they attempted delivery but she has not had any notification of them trying, probably all dead now..

I bought these flowers for my best friend as she was home poorly. The picture she then sent me upon arrival of the delivery is not at all like the photo advertised. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I was very disappointed as the roses I ordered for my parents wedding anniversary only lasted 4 days before having to be thrown away. I have used other on line companies whose flowers last a lot longer.

The bunches courier DPD did not deliver the flowers to the address requested but to the next-door offices, failing to leave a card explaining where they had left them. So flowesr took a week to get to the correct person.

What I ordered (and paid just shy of £30 for), and what my recipient received are two incomparable things. I wish I could add photos here to prove my point. I don’t know if this is a scam, or if I was just unlucky.

I’m afraid I have a complaint to make as my husband sent me roses for our 60th wedding Anniversary. I received them today and one rose was completely broken off and the others look half dead. I can send a photo of them if you require it. I have been a customer of Bunches for many years and have received gifts and have always been so satisfied, this is the first complaint I have had to make

Flowers were supposed to arrive in bud but were already open.They lasted less than a week. There was nothing to give them any moisture in the packaging. Very disappointing anniversary gift.
