“The flowers were nice but not worth the money. The bunch was supposed to be medium and I bought extra Gyps which was a good job. Mum was happy but they had bigger bunches in the supermarket for half the price.”

“Good service and the flowers arrived on time for Mother's Day. Disappointed with the size of the bouquet though as what we received was far smaller than the website photo indicated. For this reason I probably won't use Bunches again.”

“The flowers didn't look as good as the picture online. Obviously on the web site they are professionally arranged and photographed but I don't think that fully accounts for the difference. There were about the same number of tulips but far fewer of the other flowers. I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price but for the amount paid they were decent value. Delivery was fast and the quality of the flowers themselves was good so no complaints on that front. I suspect I will go elsewhere next time.”

“I purchased the mothers day spring bouquet last week, when it arrived I noticed the box it was in was leaking. After carefully removing the bouquet I noticed that the tub that the bouquet was sitting on was empty. Obviously in transit the box has fallen over. When I put the bouquet in a vase I could see some lovely pink roses and freesias. And a lot of foliage. Too much in fact. Next time I would pick something with less foliage and more flowers.”

“The receiver was happy with the flowers but because they were in bud they looked a bit sparse and battered - perhaps got a bit squashed in transit. Arrived on the day chosen and I am sure they will revive”

“Got a great promotional price for Mother's Day so that was great. Quick delivery on the day I wanted so all good there. However when it came to the quality of the flowers that was substandard hence the 3 stars. The normal retail for what I got was £35+ and I would not be happy at that price. Apart from that a decent service and will use again if I can find another discount, just a shame about the quality.”
