Flowers arrived dry and sad for my bereaved mother in law. My first time using the bunches and sadly last.

The flowers were ordered to be delivered on the Monday but arrived on the Sunday. Fortunately there was somebody at home to receive them.

Expected to bunch of flowers to be much bigger. Very disappointed. The customer service girl was very helpful when needed to change to delivery date. Was doubly disappointed

Looked completely different to the photograph and I actually thought they had sent me the wrong bunch. The flowers also looked really cheap. Would not purchase from here again.

Absolutely awful experience, worst looking bouquet ever, felt embarrassed when my friend received such a ridiculous thing. Contacted customer service with a picture of how ridiculous was the website description and photo to what was receiving.advertisement is not misleading is a pure scam. Even thinking that I pay for that to be delivered to anyone makes me sick. Will never again order from them, would recommend anyone considering to order here, stick to the good known companies they never sent me such a joke but don't order from bunches.of you want to check find my picture on their social media. I am sorry but cannot do a review. Have no idea whether my flowers arrived at their destination due to the non tracing method of Royal Mail

Bouquet is much smaller than in the pictures and did not contain as many flowers

I ordered 4 bunches of irises and fresias, each £26, to go to my four children who live away from home. From photos we received thanking us for the flowers it was clear that two of them had nowhere near the number of stems as described and one did look about right. The fourth bunch of flowers never arrived. I have emailed Bunches about this and received a reply that gave the expected response that the stems were sent not in bloom without even attempting to count the number of stems. They didn’t even give a response to the non delivery. I have replied to point this out but not had a response 4 days later.

Absolutely dreadful flowers that look nothing like the photo on the website. Wrote to complain and was told that basically the recipient needs to arrange the flowers better. Will never use this website again and feel bad for my very poorly friend who I sent these flowers too.

For a start, the flowers only lasted around 2 days. Then, Twitter customer service ignored me. Then, email customer service ignored me! Absolutely shocking experience and will never be issuing you again - as well as encouraging others to go elsewhere in future.

Ordered 5 days in advance with a birthday card for delivery on a specific day for a birthday gift and flowers and card arrived a day late despite paying £1.99 for next day 24 hour delivery. Bunches blamed Royal Mail but on checking tracking they never despatched flowers until after 6pm the day before delivery was due. Won’t use them again.

The Royal Mail 24 delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. I was very disappointed. My pen friend didn't get the bouquet of tulips and freesia I ordered, but instead received pink carnations. I would have understood other flowers if it had been a beautiful bouquet, but so ... Unfortunately put together very carelessly. And unfortunately, the birthday card was also missing :(

Extremely disappointed that I ordered a bunch of flowers with a birthday candle but instead of the candle they sent chocolate. My mother (the recipient) isn’t able to eat chocolate, which is why I chose the flowers with the candle.

On being advised by website to allow extra couple days for delivery I did this but unfortunately the flowers took 5 days to be delivered .Very disappointing.
