“I have never had a problem with Bunches.co.uk before but I will be in touch for a refund as the flowers were never delivered. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday .It was half the size of the one pictured. I complained but was not offered a replacement or a refund . Will not be using them again. would like to send a picture of what my daughter received .”

“Flowers were in poor condition on arrival and had no moisture or were wrapped sufficiently, we had two sets delivered at either end of the country and both were as bad as described, very disappointing as they were for mother's day. We upgraded the arrangement for a medium set of each but this did not seem to be evident in the bunches. Will not use this service again.”

“i did not receive the correct flowers that i ordered, therefore paid and ordered a large pink bunch of flowers for mother’s day and receive about 10 broken carnations :(”

“As lovely as they looked on photos, the reality was as if I was sent discounted priced cheap supermarket flowers that were on their last legs. It was for mothers day as my mum lives in another city, I was better off handpicked my own bunch of £10/£15 flowers from asda or tesco which would've looked better.”

“Very disappointed with what was delivered. My mum counted the stems and there wasn't the amount there I paid for. I paid extra for a medium bouquet and there was nothing to it. Very disappointed”

“Ordered 2 bunches to be delivered for Mother’s Day. The delivery was perfect but when I received pictures from the two people, I was mortified and embarrassed that I had sent them. They were nothing like advertised even though I had made sure I checked what size was advertised and shown in the pictures as to what I was purchasing. With many stems half dead. The two separate orders together would have only just made a bunch and I could have purchased both at a local supermarket with change from £10. Both people have said they would never recommend this company and neither will I.”

“Didn't arrive on day I purchased for, the box came completely crushed and the flowers were all wilted and the bunch they sent was absolutely tiny. Do not order from them. Extremely disappointed.”

“For Mother’s Day I ordered 3 different bunches for 3 family members. 1 arrived correctly, 1 arrived with missing parts and 1 didn’t turn up again. Customer service contacted, the missing parts were sorted promptly. However, I was told it was my own fault the one didn’t turn up as I selected free delivery for the Friday! Two days before the day! Really really poor customer service. I really won’t be using you again nor will I recommend.”
