β€œExtremely disappointed that I ordered a bunch of flowers with a birthday candle but instead of the candle they sent chocolate. My mother (the recipient) isn’t able to eat chocolate, which is why I chose the flowers with the candle.”

β€œOn receipt of the flowers upside down and crushed, I was very disappointed with the presentation. My son and daughter in-law popped into Asda and get a very nice bunch for half the price. As it was for my wife's birthday I thought I would go to a florist for the best but never again. πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜β€

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. β€œI was a bit disappointed that my mother-in-laws flowers were delivered 5.5 miles away and she had to go and pick them up herself. By the time she picked them up on her birthday they were very droopy!!!”

β€œMore than half the bouquet died after a couple of days. I used the flower food, trimmed the edges every other day and changed the water but most of the flower just didn't last. For this price I am quite disappointed when some other brand have bouquets that last almost 2 weeks if not more.”
