“Ordered flowers to come on a specific day which they never. The flowers also came with half of them already dead, would not recommend”

“Terrible service. Ordered flowers well in advance, did not arrive for three days after delivery date. Flowers looked pretty much dead. Customer service poor and not offered refund. Will not shop with them again!”

“The flowers arrived a day later than promised and were dead within three days of being opened - a massively short time compared to other online florists I have used. I doubt I'll be using the store again.”

“I was very disappointed with my Bunches flower delivery for my Mother's Day gift this March. They were 3 days late and so a little worse for wear when my Mum finally got them. Would never use them again as Bunches themselves were very unsympathetic and unhelpful about the delay. Would not replace or refund me. Would not recommend this company to any body.”

“Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day order! Flowers were delivered looking limp and pathetic and when they finally started to bloom they weren’t even the colours advertised on the website. Won’t be using this website again.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday .It was half the size of the one pictured. I complained but was not offered a replacement or a refund . Will not be using them again. would like to send a picture of what my daughter received .”

“Flowers were in poor condition on arrival and had no moisture or were wrapped sufficiently, we had two sets delivered at either end of the country and both were as bad as described, very disappointing as they were for mother's day. We upgraded the arrangement for a medium set of each but this did not seem to be evident in the bunches. Will not use this service again.”

“As lovely as they looked on photos, the reality was as if I was sent discounted priced cheap supermarket flowers that were on their last legs. It was for mothers day as my mum lives in another city, I was better off handpicked my own bunch of £10/£15 flowers from asda or tesco which would've looked better.”

“Ordered 2 bunches to be delivered for Mother’s Day. The delivery was perfect but when I received pictures from the two people, I was mortified and embarrassed that I had sent them. They were nothing like advertised even though I had made sure I checked what size was advertised and shown in the pictures as to what I was purchasing. With many stems half dead. The two separate orders together would have only just made a bunch and I could have purchased both at a local supermarket with change from £10. Both people have said they would never recommend this company and neither will I.”
