“The flowers arrived with some of them snapped off of the stems completely, some flowers were hanging on by a thread & a quarter of the bunch did not revive. I was quite disappointed as this a Mother’s Day gift & ended up being a bit so great one to say the least.”

“Mother's day delivery absolute rubbish. Paid extra to get it delivered on mother's day then they didn't show up until the evening! I'd strongly recommend doing the free postage for the Saturday instead of paying a premium for Sunday! When I asked then about it, I didn't even get an apology. I was just told it can come anytime during the day and there's no guarantee it'll be there earlier in the day! Moonpig offer a delivery by 1pm, I will do this in future!”

“Honestly wouldn’t even bother buying from them ever again! Got flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day, only last 3 days and the flowers looked nothing like the website pictures, only received half the bunch! Wouldn’t even bother and stick to local florists /in store flowers”

“Flowers arrived on time but was a very small bouquet. I was hopeful that the bouquet would "bloom" over the following days but had to be thrown away by Thursday (fifth day after delivery) as they were dead. Really disappointing. Its no good giving introductory discounts etc if the flowers - a mothers day gift - are terrible. Feel really let down.”

“extremely disappointed, the bunch that arrived was tiny and no way a reflection of what I had paid. I’m an nhs worker and haven’t seen my mum (who is also a key worker) in months. I wanted to be able to do something nice for Mother’s day and was so disappointed in what she received. She deserved a lot more.”

“Terrible!! Bought two bunches for Mother’s Day, what arrived was not what is shown on the website, over half the stems missing, some dead and snapped. Had to go to the supermarket and buy more flowers to make a half decent bunch. Emailed them over a week ago to complain and have heard nothing back. Absolutely avoid buying from here. £50+ order that would have been less than £10 from a petrol station!”

“Ordered 2 bunches of flowers and chocolates for Mothers day to be delivered on the Saturday before. One bunch was delivered on time with no problems. By the Monday your track and trace system was still showing one of the bunches had yet to be received by Royal mail, never mind being delivered. I contacted your customer service team who arranged for another bunch and chocolates to be sent, which was received on the Wednesday after Mothers Day! The original order was never received so couldn't have been dispatched.”

“I have ordered many times but this time really disappointed with awful service and even worse after service - did not deliver the flowers or chocolates - yet charged me . Said would refund me and did not then delivered the flowers but not the chocolates! I cannot visit my mum and now she thinks I forgot her for Mother’s Day and I had booked it weeks in advance”

“Order placed a week before delivery for a special occasion but did not arrive in time. When it arrived the flowers were broken and the box looked like it had been trodden on. Shall use a local florist from now on.”

“Used Bunches for a number of years with no issues. I ordered two flower deliveries for mothers day and both were disappointing. My mother in law told us that a lot of the flowers were dead and my mother told me that they were no where near the standard that I usually send her. She actually thought I had changed company. This is very disappointing and unsure if I will order from this company again. Appreciate there may be issue on supply chain due to CV19, Brexit etc, however as a customers I expect the same level of product and service at the same price I paid.”

“I brought the rainbow galaxy for my mum’s 60th birthday and on delivery they were not the flowers I ordered plus they were dead. Bunches resend the flowers but the roses were dead and not the right colour , so will never order flowers from them again!! Could have got better flowers from the super market.”

“Flowers arrived 2 days late, ordered weeks in advance for delivery the day before Mother’s Day to avoid disappointment. They arrived the day after Mother’s Day having been in 4 Royal Mail depots. There was a speedy response to my queries, just not actually answering the questions. I asked for a refund twice as my order had not been fulfilled correctly. My email was answered but the question was ignored on both occasions. When the flowers arrived the rose petals were withered and I was told this was the way they were supposed to be just pick those ones off.”
