“Didn't arrive on day I purchased for, the box came completely crushed and the flowers were all wilted and the bunch they sent was absolutely tiny. Do not order from them. Extremely disappointed.”

“For Mother’s Day I ordered 3 different bunches for 3 family members. 1 arrived correctly, 1 arrived with missing parts and 1 didn’t turn up again. Customer service contacted, the missing parts were sorted promptly. However, I was told it was my own fault the one didn’t turn up as I selected free delivery for the Friday! Two days before the day! Really really poor customer service. I really won’t be using you again nor will I recommend.”

“Very small for the price ,wasn’t impressed at all ,the flowers I bought for my partner were not very good at all and didn’t last , god knows wat the flowers I bought for my mum was like . I will not be using bunches again .”

“Sadly, as much as i hate to say it as I've had great flowers from bunches several times. This time around they arrived brown and dead as well as broken and some already cut off at bottom. Not sure what happened. Its probably a one off i hope.”

“Very disappointed. Had the freesia & iris flowers. Received the flowers the next day , 11 March, which was good although yo do pay for it, & the freesias opened OK & they still look fresh today ,19 March,but only one iris has opened & the rest are turning brown. This wasn't a cheap bouquet & certainly not value for money. Also the card is a rip off for £1.99. I will stick to Supermarkets from now on.”

“Sadly disappointed to receive wilting flowers - which cost (for the amount) probably three times more than if I'd bought from a supermarket (and that was with a discount voucher for Bunches!).”

“Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived as a birthday present. They were no where near like the photo and quite a few of the flowers did not come out in bloom at all. I put in a complaint and have had no reply.”

“Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the flowers I received. These were for my mums birthday, this is the first birthday without her. So as you can imagine I wanted them to be perfect. I ended up getting 2 beautiful bunches form aldi’s to put in her grave. This was the first time using your business and unfortunately I won’t again. All the best in the future.”

“They were half dead when they arrived when put in water with food freesia never ever opened and died and the tulips never opened at all a big disappointment for my daughter Mother’s Day surprise! Gutted !”

“I have used this company many times and been happy. However last year I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of flowers received by my family. I decided to give them another go. Again more than disappointed. Sent a bouquet to my Daughter. The picture she sent to me was not the amount or quality of flowers I paid for. On the same order I purchased Mother’s Day flowers. I haven’t seen my mum in over a year so was upset to find out that she didn’t receive them till after Mother’s Day and the quality was really bad, half the flowers had died. Will definitely not use Bunches.co.Uk again. I’ve been let down too many times.”

“I ordered flowers for Mothers Day 5 weeks in advance. The flowers arrived 3 days after Mother’s Day and Bunches were unable to track the delivery. I received no help whatsoever with finding out where the delivery was despite emailing 5 days before Mother’s Day to check this was on track and again once they had not been delivered. I appreciate this will have been a busy time for Bunches however they should not have accepted more orders than they could fulfill. Especially at the detriment of an order place so well in advance. I will not be using them again.”

“I have never been so disappointed, £46 for 2 'bunches' of freesias for Mother's grave. Could have got better from Aldi or Asda for £3.99. Told Bunches; was told: "Sorry, follow how to keep them instructions"! That was it! They should be utterly ashamed. I doubt very much that they have return customers. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. The money is not an issue, but the offer of even a partial refund would have been seen by me as an effort at some sort of customer relations. As long as they are making money, they obviously couldn't care less. Enough said!!!!! Well done Bunches.”

“I brought a bunch of flowers off you website as a thankyou present for my mum and this was delivered beautifully packed to her door at the time stated on the order. However the flowers my mum received did not bear much resemblance to the picture on the website and I was extremely disappointed in what she received. I feel that the pictures on the website are misleading and therefore mis selling your product. Even after the flowers opened they were extremely disappointing and not worth the money I paid for them. I will not be buying off your website again or recommending Bunches to other people.”
