Quite sad for the flowers, the worst is that my Mother had to pick them up at the post office in town, delivery was for Saturday, but a note was sent out on Friday. The flowers look very good when viewed on the net, but not so impressive in reality. Which my mother has said before, they are not worth the money. Very disappointing.

I used Bunches for my mother's day present. The flowers weren't of that great quality as they were not transported with any water. For the price I had to pay I expected more. Also the parcel was not delivered on the day it said it would be which meant I had to spend a couple of hours in my day to go and get the parcel from post office. What is the point of having to select a day if the parcel is not going to be delivered then? Overall I wouldn't recommend this product as I was let down by the service in a number of ways.

This is now the 3rd time I have ordered from Bunches and I can say it will definately be the last. The bunch i sent to my mum for Mother's Day did not reflect the picture as shown. The picture showed a much larger bunch than you receive. This has been the case everytime I have ordered from yourselves. I have you the benefit of the doubt but I won't be using your service again.

For many of our bouquets, we do send our flowers in bud to last longer for the recipient so it often takes a couple of days for them to look similar to our bouquet pictures. I ordered some flowers for mother day and although the service was fast, the bouquet of flowers i ordered are embarrassing and i will not be handing them to my mum.....there is only a fraction of the flowers that are shown in the photo (it looks like ive been to the market and got a £3 bunch) for £16 worth of flowers from a flower company i would expect better....Tesco have gorgeous flowers this price at tipple the size! my corner shop even had a nicer bunch at £10 that i wish i got instead...at least i know for next time...im not happy at all

I wasn't very impressed with the flowers I ordered for mothers day, the bunch wasn't very fun and looked a bit poor.

Flowers came a day earlier than I asked, lucky it came early in the morning before I left for work otherwise I would have missed the delivery. The balloon and flowers a lot smaller than the picture showed. Disappointed The chocolate taste so good thought.

Bunch was smaller than the photo suggested. Aswell as this some of the flowers fell off upon removal from the box and others were squashed and broken. Will go o the flourish next time.

Flowers were very poor, 6 stems of flowers were broken and the quality of the rest were not good. spoke to company and they did deal with it very quickly but flowers were for Mothers day so very disappointed, first time using them and won't use them again.

Just received flowers and chocs for mothers day! Rather disappointed! The carnations were fine and will hopefully last as carnations do! However the alstromeria was very wilted and crushed! I took a photo of them in the vase and the sender was not happy! I just said it was my poor arranging! I would have thought alstromeria was not a good choice to send by post as they are well known for wilting quickly and are very delicate! The gypsophila will fill the gaps!

I bought a bunch of flowers for mothers day and was very disappointed at the size of them. Definately not value for money. Will not be buying from Bunches again.

I have been told by the recipients of my sent flowers that they are good. But the day they arrive is a erratic, 1st year I sent flowers to my elderly mother in law, she wasn't at home and the postman left them on the doorstep as requested, MIL was very happy. Last year and this year they arrived a day early, I specified Friday because I new she would be in, and because it was a Thursday she wasn't.....2 years running she has had to traipse across town to collect them because the postman decided to ignore the instruction to leave them on doorstep where they would have been perfectly safe. I shall not use this supplier again.

I ordered berry charm for my mum for Mother's Day. They looked lovely on the website. My mum sent me a picture and to be honest I could have picked them up from tesco for about £3. Not impressed for the price I paid including delivery. I did choose bunches as they were cheaper than interflora and other online florists. I would rather pay extra next time. Not impressed.

Flowers arrived when they said they would be delivered, but the quality of the flowers was abit poor, some of the heads of the flowers were missing. The flowers that arrived did NOT look like they are advertised on the web site you get less flowers, but all In all ok

Ordered the larger bunch of the lemon drizzle bouquet for my mother day gift, to see on arrival that it wasn't much bigger than the standard size bunch. I also asked for it to be delivered on the Saturday before mothering Sunday to get on the Friday. Very disappointed.

We ordered flowers for mothers day and put delivery for Saturday. The flowers were delivered on Friday. The lucky thing is they don't work just now. If they did what would of happenened. If you ask what date you'd like flowers to be delivered the person buying should expect delivery on the date they requested.

The size of the bunch that came was alot smaller than pictured (said picture was standard which i ordered. I wasnt very impressed at all.

I have used bunches many many times and have always been very happy. However I ordered some flowers for my mum on last order and when they arrived several of the flowers were all droopy and the flyers didn't look as fresh as they should have. I was disappointed as they were for Mother's Day, so I sent more which I ordered from another company.
