The flowers were sent in bud, so they look pretty pitiful, they were cut to random heights. The butterflies, (an added extra cost) were pretty. Very disappointing.

We send many of our flowers just coming out of bud so that they last as long as possible for the recipient. This means it may take a day or two for them to fully bloom and look like the bouquet pictures we show. I have used bunches on many occasions. The products are of great quality however the last 3 times having paid for particular dates of delivery they were not honoured. I order several weeks in advance of birthdays etc so would expect better. Bunches did respond quickly and refunded the delivery charged and called it ''compensation'' . I have previously posted a good review and recommended to family and friends but the lack of after sales customer service was lacking, and 3 wrong deliveries is enough!!

a very small bunch of flowers not as photo buds broken and stems without flowers agreed free postage and free chocolates but did we pay for that in the price for flowers very disappointed and upset for mothers day flowers

Mum phoned to say flowers were OK but alot of them had brown edges and looked tired. I won't be using bunches agin

My auntie received the flowers on the expected day. Overall she said that she was happy with them but said that the tips of the rose petals were brown. I think she was just being polite as they were a birthday gift. Not very good Bunches ! Last year I sent her M&S flowers which she said were superb, so I will be using M&S in future.

The flowers were disappointing when they arrived as although fresh and with the extras I had ordered the bunch itself did not look like the picture and was smaller than I had expected it to be.

Ref. No.5926260 Just received flowers ref.above, unfortunately not up to your usual standard. Some of the chrysanths were dropping and the almerios (not sure of spelling) lily type flowers, the two stems were drooping-- all flower stems very dry.

This was the first Time I have ordered of Bunches and will not be doing again. some of the flower heads had broken off Due to this the bouquet looked awful.

The flowers were nearly dead had to say they were nice bought my handicapped person for my birthday the card was cheap could have got better at supper market

I wa a bit disappointed with the flowers I sent for Mother's Day . The freesias were a bit bent and battered . And didn't look as nice as the picture online . I know they weren't expensive but as i could only afford a small amount I feel I would have got more value for money from buying a bunch of flowers from Tesco . Sorry

Was very disappointed in the quality, especially of the foliage (the solidiago especially) which were brown and withered when unwrapped. I have sent a personal email direct to yourselves with more details regarding this. Previously did receive a delivery from yourselves which I would rate a Very Good star but unfortunately this delivery is far from it.

The poor rating only concerns my last purchase at Bunches. Flowers were not delivered but taken back to post office to rot while a card was posted to say that item was perishable. Common sense ought to have suggested that flowers be left round the back but no. Not sure if my friend has collected flowers yet but after more than 24 hours I dare say that they are in a poor state.

Purchaser and Gift Recipient Feedback It was very disappointing that the Bunches Next Day Delivery that was accepted by the Bunches website and paid for, did not take place because of a delay that originated at Bunches (I subsequently found out). Next Day Delivery is usually for an important reason - make sure that you follow the tracking and that it takes place as promised; I was not notified that this was not going to be possible, and was not automatically offered a refund of Next Day Delivery - I had to ask for it. Since the missed Next Day Delivery was not the fault of Royal Mail, I found this disappointing. Bunches must have been aware at the time of despatch that Next Day Delivery would not be "Next Day", but the "Day After Next Day". There was no recognition or understanding by Bunches that failing to meet Next Day Delivery might significantly devalue the impact of the gift. Rather, there were "boilerplated" apologies from Customer Services. The moral of this, is if you use Bunches Next Day Delivery service, do follow this up. If it not as promised, you will need to ensure you receive a refund on Next Day delivery by calling in. The interesting recipient feedback that I asked for on the flowers, following Friday delivery, was: "by Saturday morning a lot of the yellow and white ones were rather wrinkled so I don't think they were super-fresh. But with delivery delayed for an additional day without light they will age prematurely of course. It seems like a good company, with a good social responsibility angle but perhaps their fulfilment needs looking at really."

I was very disappointed in the quality of the flowers - they were looking very limp and the bunch was a lot smaller than it looked on your site. Not sure I would use you again!

I have been sending my friends and family flowers from bunches for several years now and have never been disappointed with the service or the quality. My mum in particular loves the vibrant colors and how long the flowers last. I always send her a little cake which as she is on her own is a special treat, plus the free chocolates,I can guarantee Ill get a delighted call from her. I have on the odd occasions made an error in my order and have emailed the team for help, the response was immediate and put to right starlight away. I love this service and can highly recommend it.

I have used Bunches on several occasions but have never actually seen the product when delivered, until last week. I ordered flowers for my daughter's 40th birthday: they looked gorgeous in the picture and I opted for the larger bunch at £24.99, but I must say I was disappointed when I actually saw the flowers in her home. They did not look anything near as nice as they were portrayed.

Quick delivery but the flowers were delivered with no water and subsequently when I gave them to my wife in the box she was sad to see many we're wilting and even our best efforts could not get them to recover hence the bad review. Doubt i will use them for mothers day .

The flowers I ordered, were alot smaller in reality, than on the image displayed. Disappointing for the price paid !!!

I wanted something extra special for my mum & dad's diamond anniversary so I ordered a luxury bunch of flowers expecting it to be looking far better than an average bunch esp as it cost double the price but I was disappointed when I saw the flowers esp as the roses were all in full bloom so will not last long & my mum said there was one rose head missing - they really did not look any better than an average bunch of flowers so i will not be ordering again any so called luxury flowers
