“Been told flowers would arrive to my mum to today. She waited in all day and received nothing! Completely ruined her day ! And mine. Can't even track them down! Terrible service!!!”

“Order two bunches of flowers. Was informed the standard size was pictured - absolutely not the case. A really tiny bunch of flowers was delivered with a really feeble balloon. I'm really disappointed and so will not be ordering from Bunches again. The service is good and reliable but what's the point when the flowers are so small!!”

“Pathetic flowers for £40. Nicer flowers in the supermarket. Complete waist of time and money. Very disappointing to say the least. Delivered on time with a cake and chocolates as described. Printed card was pointless as was pathetic like the flowers. Go to a florist cheaper and you know what your getting. The images on the website are decieving”

“Ordered two deliveries for Mother's Day. One to my house for my wife from the children and one to my mums house. Paid extra for a courier (£10 for two properties). The plan was to get the flowers then go out for a nice day. Waited in all day to no flowers, completely ruined mothers day”

“Not even worth one star. The flowers was not worth £20 I could of got the exact bunch from a supermarket for £5. Will not be using this company again. Do not recccomend you buy from these people.”

“The flowers was tiny for £20 I expect to acually have a decent size bunch of flowers! I could of gone to asda and spent £10 on a bunch which would of been bigger. Delivery was fast only good thing about it!”

“Not one to leave reviews but ordered flowers, chocolates and a personalised card for my mum on her birthday. The flowers arrived which were ok.. pretty small considering price but the chocolates that I paid an extra £4.50 for didn't arrive so I won't be ordering from here again.”

“Very disappointed! We bought butterfly bliss as shown in the photo and it looks nothing like it. The butterflies came separate to flowers and not in with them as shown. I am never ordering from this company again. I could have gone to the local shop and got a better bunch!! We feel totally mislead as the flowers look ten times better in the photo.”

“Received flowers for Mother's Day which I know my husband paid a fair amount for and they come in a tiny box and are limp and dead when taken out! They are worth less than 5 pound from a corner shop terrible quality and such fake advertising! My husband is so upset as he thought he had ordered really lovely flowers!”

“Never again would I use Bunches I have seen better flowers from a garage forecourt. I sent my Mum & Mother in-law a bouquet each for Mothers Day. They even replaced them both and we were still extremely disappointed. If we put the bunches together they still wouldn't have been anything like the bouquet in the images online. Please don't waste your money!”

“NEVER AGAIN UNRELIABLE Ordered flowers for mothers day paid extra for guaranteed delivery chased it up said it was not going to arrive until the next day so went out and bought more then received email saying its coming when i rang emailed customer service they was not bothered”

“I can honestly say I will NOT be ordering flowers from this website again orrderd the mothers day flowers paid 22 pound and it's the smallest bunch iv ever seen had to go out and buy some more went to tesco and got a bigger bunch for 3 pound please don't order from these time wasters!!!”

“Talk about false advertising, they were limp and there seemed to be about four of them. I could have got a bigger nicer bunch from the supermarket at half the cost. The cake also arrived broken! Luckily, my mum was just pleased with the thought, but I wasn't.”
