Paid to have flowers delivered on Mother's Day but did not arrive. Finally arrived a day late, cake had crack in it, card was bent and not a very full bunch to say the least. Emailed customer service but had no reply.

Bought flowers for mothers day for my mams grave,Really disappointed and discusted by the amount of flowers that arrived for the price I was charged which was 24.99,They were very dry as well.I wont purchase flowers again from this company, I could have got better and cheaper at my local tesco's

I am appalled at the service I received from bunches.co.uk as I ordered flowers over a week ago to be delivered on Mother's Day, I received an email on the day to say there has been an error and won't be delivered today! So yes my mum and I were quite upset, especially with the fact she was away and I couldn't be with her! Spoke to 3 different people and was offered a refund which is to be expected as they did not fulfill my order or deliver on the day I specifically paid for! I also got told I could call their couriers - the cheek of it! (My order was with them not their couriers! That is their own contract and problem to sort out!). Overall terrible customer service and no compassion for my mum. Will not be ordering again from here and would advise others to choose a more reliable company.

My order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 25th of March a day before mother's day however it was 'delayed' therefore wasn't delivered in time. When delivered, the flowers had wilted and the cake was cracked. For £32 I would've expected something better. I should have gone to Tesco and bought a huge bunch of flowers for £25 and bought the cake myself. I am extremely disappointment with my overall purchase. Definitely not what I had imagined as it looked no where near the photos online. I suggest no one buys from this place. Yours sincerely, A very disappointed customer.

I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered on Saturday 25th March and I got an email saying there was a delay and my order won't be with me until Monday! I then got an email on Sunday 26th to say my flowers were on the way, however I wasn't in so I asked them to leave them with a neighbour. I got a confirmation email to say they will leave my order with my neighbour. Later on in the day I got an email saying they have left my order in my front porch, however I don't have a porch and found out they had just left them on the floor outside my house!!! Then when I opened my order the flowers looked nothing like the picture, they were not in water so half of them were dead and the chocolates were absolutely tiny! My order was definitely not worth the money I paid for it and I will not be ordering from here again!

The flowers that arrived unfortunately looked nothing like the picture and they didn't arrive in water so some of them weren't fresh and had to be thrown away.

Looked nothing like advertised in the pictures and arrived half dead. Really embarrassing. Mother's Day card was bent in half and was simply just printed out on a bit of paper and I paid for the privilege. 100% do not recommend, get yourself to ASDA or something else for something of higher quality for half the price of what you pay here!!

You missed Mother's Day and then couldn't even send out the flowers the next day! Also absolutely no customer service just offered to give back the £5.99 I'd paid to have them delivered Mothers Day - so generous of you for messing it up!!!!

ordered flowers for mothers day 2 weeks ago from bunches to avoid disappointment paid £5.95 delivery no flowers no one came and left a calling card someone was in all day will not be using this service again very disappointed

The flowers didn't look like the picture, not worth the money, could of got a bigger nicer bunch at the supermarket for less money

I didn't get my delivery, they courier didn't show up, so disappointing and can't depend on u again, I wounder if I would get a refund or maybe that is gone already ???

Asked for the flowers to be delivered in our anniversary but they came 2 days early. The bunch were worth less than £5 for the £30 we paid and could have got better from the local garage! Never again!!

Ordered on Tuesday for Saturday delivery. Waited whole of Saturday for it, 1 day wasted. Phoned next day and told the item was lost. They had no courtesy to contact me or the courier, DPD, on the situation of my item. Lady on the other end was very unsympathetic. And to top it off, it was for mother's day. Thank you very much Bunches Florapost Ltd! Highly recommend NEVER to use this poor excuse of a flower vendor, unless your intending to have poor experience.

Floweres were not delivered even after I received confirmation email stating delivery is guaranteed on 26th march 2017 as I paid extra for mothers day delivery.

Only got a 1 cos it wouldn't let me leave a 0 will never use this company again I'd of got better from any supermarket for a fraction of the price and look better . The flowers I got were nothing like the picture at all and the card was more like a joke flimsy paper couldn't even get the message right totally ruined what was supposed to be a lovely surprise for mother's day glad I'd already got her other stuff and this was supposed to be an extra surprise

I ordered a LARGE bunch of flowers for my mum for Mother's Day, a card, little cake and some truffles. £60.. from the picture of the flowers I thought how lovely they looked and didn't mind spending that. My mum sent a photo to me and they looked nothing like the picture, they were more a small bunch and didn't even have all the flowers the picture shown. Complete waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again.
