“The flowers were lovely however were delivered a day early. This resulted in my mother not being home to receive them and she then had to go to collect them from the post office on the day of her actual birthday (the date I had originally requested for them to be delivered!) I had even attached a note with my order saying 'If possible, please deliver before 3pm on the delivery date'. I was feeling a bit annoyed as I wanted her to open the door to the surprise and not have to go and collect it!”

“Although 25% extra stems the bunch was smaller than expected. I guess the extra 25% stems were included in the dozen minuscule roses that added little to the size. Two lollipop style 'things' were also included to fill out the flowers. Next time I’ll stick with M & S.”

“I've used Bunches many times, and up to now have always been pleased with them. But this time they let me down. A birthday bouquet for my wife, lovely flowers and colours...but they died after just 3 days. I cared for them properly, used the flower food etc...but after just 3 days they are dead and dried up. Feel very disappointed.”

“Flowers were ordered in good time for a birthday but arrived a day late. I contacted by email when they did not arrive (I am in Australia) but was told there was no way of tracking. For an event like a birthday timely delivery is really important.”

“You said you had a 7 day guarantee of freshness! It took 5 days before the flowers were either dead or dying. I’m not impressed with how long they lasted and the amount of money it cost to buy them. Other than that your services were good.”

“I phoned little under an hour of placing my order. I had written the wrong address down and wanted to add to my message but was told too bad as the order had left! This was wow to me how it could be made up so fast then left all within an hour. The flowers didn’t get to the recipient until 2 days later where I had to go pick them up and deliver myself.”

“For a large bunch of flowers I got about seven flowers which cost 25. I could of got a lot better quality for money in a shop. If what I received was a large bunch I dread to see a standard bunch”

“The flowers arrived after two days and they were dehydrated which caused them to look sad and droopy. It was really disappointing as these flowers were for my sister as a Get Well cheer up and to be honest, droopy flowers are a little depressing to say the least! She did use the feed enclosed and obviously put them in water to re-hydrate but they really should have been impressive from the offset. Sadly, because of this I don't think I will be using your company again. I was disappointed for her and wouldn't risk that again. Rebecca Smith”
