Flowers were delivered on the day I wanted but....... after looking at them today as they were delivered to my mum for her birthday on Wednesday 4th Oct.Today I see the flowers for the first time mostly being carnations and one stem of freesias.The freesia has already starting to die so not impressed.The card was nothing special either just a flimsy paper.Not happy.

I understand that when delivery is selected that being sent by royal mail that they could arrive a day early, but there was no way of knowing that they weren't in water, therefore they sat in my office for 24 without any water

The flowers were ok BUT the advertised "free chocolates" turned out to be a packet of chocolate buttons!! Hardly living up to the promise of something special! A real disappointment for a new mother to celebrate with. Will seriously reconsider using you again.

The flowers barely resembles what we ordered. Instead of a generous bunch of white and lilac coloured flowers, my sister received a space, scraggly bunch of yellow and lilac flowers. It look nothing like the picture from which we ordered. Very disappointing.

Yes the flowers were delivered on time and left in a secure place but they were not as I had ordered. I wanted an Autumn theme but what arrived was 6 carnations, two Fresca stems and one rose with a couple of cheap butterflies. Not at all happy and won't use you again.

4 days after delivery and flowers going brown already so no where near 7 days freshness despite being looked after as my wife loves flowers and always takes care of them ...also the persistent e-mails about the order/delivery ruined the surprise even though i managed to hide most of them up (guess not your fault that we share a account) but for the price and the quality i got this time (quite underwhelmed) i think i will go elsewhere in the future in all honesty.

My flowers were due to be delivered on the 29th. Unfortunately the recipient was not at home. I asked that they be left with a neighbour but they were not. Fortunately I was in contact with recipient's daughter & I asked if her mum had likes her flowers. They this today, the 2nd Oct. They were eventually traced to the post office, not in the best of conditions! I was extremely embarrassed by the whole situation.

I bought flowers for my mum as a thank you and they arrived to her wilting and looking sad in her words. Disappointing as they were a gift.

My surprise flowers were even more of a surprise when I opened the box to wilted flowers,leaves and foliage. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. So my sister complained and I was sent some more these were just as bad. Ok when they had a good soak in water but it was the initial feeling of excitement when you get flowers you expect to open the box and say wow not what the hell has happened. When my sister and I spoke to customer services we were both left with the feeling that we were not believed. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered flowers to be delivered for 1st of September but were not delivered till 7th September. when i rang , the lady said... computer breakdown... not a good enough reason. said will give a refund of £5.00 , which i have not received yet.

I have used you on several occasions to send flowers to my parents who live away from me. It was their Diamond Wedding Anniversary and I ordered the Autumn roses describe as: An attractive display of striking Roses in shades of deep red, golden yellow and orange are surrounded by rich burgundy foliage and red Hypericum Berries. Presented in a decorative salim holder, this bouquet needs no arranging and is ready to display upon arrival. As we were going to an open house to celebrate the event I actually got to see the flowers and I was bitterly disappointed with what I saw. there was no bouguet in a salim holder, just 4 roses and a bit of foliage. I felt I had been ripped off!! NOT IMPRESSED!! Will definitely re-consider using you again!

My neighbour showed me the flowers and they were a tiny bunch for the money And the chocolates didn't look much either. Wouldn't order from you again as they didn't look like the internet picture. Very embarrassing

The flowers were of a poor quality for the £23 paid. It would have been much better value to buy them from a supermarket.

The standard of flowers for the price you pay is very poor, i have always used you but after seeing what i have spent and seeing what was received i`m very disappointed.
