I ordered the flowers online which was a very simple process. However when they arrived a number of them were dead or a few of them had been snapped. They don’t have a bag of water with them. So if caught in transit. They will die.

Bought the flowers for m myself while self isolating, unfortunately 3 of the flowers died without opening. Which was disappointing.

On this occasion it was the courier service that failed. (DPD) in spite of delivery label stating :ring bell and leave at door, on the first occasion did not ring bell, just left card saying will deliver tomorrow, next day again door knocked gently ,( I know as I was in living room,) but did leave flowers. The flowers had been left somewhere cold, overnight as they were not in usual good condition.

I was informed by the recipient that the flowers arrived on the expected day, but were very dry. No moisture wrapping had been provided around the stalks and although they recovered well, I feel if some damp material had been provided, they would not have looked so droopy on arrival. I understand the courier had a breakdown en route which, as the delivery time took longer than expected, did not help their condition.

Service received not up to samd standard as the past. Flowers were mostly green buds much of which did not open. Most had been cut too early.

I have used your service many times in the past and been satisfied except on one occasion when flowers arrived in a poor state. Yesterday you delivered flowers to my daughter in law in Cranleigh for her 50 th birthday. She sent a picture and I must say I felt there was rather a lot of greenery rather than flowers in the arrangement.Needless to say she did not say anything as it was a gift, but I did feel a bit disappointed as the picture of your floral selections showed the bouquet as being much mire colourful .

Was disappointed with my last order which I sent to a friend ! Flowers were not nearly as good as original picture showed! Not good value for money

I have been a long term customer of Bunches.co.uk but was really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered some flowers for my mother in law to cheer her and they were expected by a certain day. When they did not arrive, I was concerned about the flowers deteriorating in transit and emailed Bunches. The response I received was unapologetic and implied that I should have paid extra for special delivery rather than ask for Royal Mail. I was extremely disappointed by their response and had expected something more sympathetic, especially given the current climate.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 93% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. We do have a 7 day freshness guarantee with all of our arrangements, therefore, if the flowers do not fare, please drop us another line. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused. I was disappointed that the flowers didn’t arrive on day requested. When the flowers were delivered they were quite dried up so much that most of the leaves came off.

Was late because of bank holiday wasnt sent in time for it to arrive in time before postal days were off, so when they arrived they were drying up and starting to die, however overall quality and service was great aside from minor setbacks

The freesias arrived on the promised day, well packaged and in bud. Beautiful colours and perfume. They were lovely but, disappointingly, lasted less than a week.

The flowers arrived in good time and are still lovely after a week. I do not see why I have to register to receive posy points. I have tried this at least five times but am unable to do it so will leave it now. I also do not want to go cross-eyed proving I am a human.

Great on time delivery , but flowers ( carnations) are not as expected and definitely didn't look for the price I paid. It looked more like £3- 4 bouquets from Lidl.

The order arrived on time and in a good condition but it wasn't the dozen red roses I had ordered. The pink roses and lillies were received favourably and so I didn't feel the need to complain. I also appreciate that it must be difficult to source items during these 'lockdown times'.

Have been using bunches for years, miss the free chocs & sadly have had to complain via reciever of flowers a few times for poor quality, order was not as I thought & prices have increased
