I gave an order for flowers with the right address but not knowing it was the wrong postcode. I contacted my cousin to ask if she was pleased with the flowers and she said she hadn’t received them.I then contacted bunches who said there was nothing they could do as it had been the wrong postcode.As I am a pensioner it was a lot of money to loose as bunches would not give me a refund or send another order.

Wasn't impressed to be. Honest for the amount of money have had deliveries before from bunches and have been happier

If you want your flower order delivered on the day you specify and book, I’d consider using another provider as delivery is not guaranteed on the day you specify, unless you pay for a more expensive delivery option.

This service comes with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however this is not a guarantee. We do offer a courier service if a guaranteed delivery date is required. Really not happy! Delivery was scheduled for delivery on 16th October as Birthday Flowers ..they didn’t get delivered until the 17th ! Have used bunches so many times ..never a problem until now ! Very upset !! They were for My mums Birthday!!

I have ordered lots of flowers from bunches for other people. In March this year I was sent a bunches bouquet myself. I was very disappointed to see that the flowers were not showing signs of freshness and within a few days most of them were past their best ☹️ I thought it only right to raise this with bunches and make them aware, however I got no reply, despite following this again still no response !!! Very disappointed!!😧

I spoke to my daughter today and she said they were very poor quality. They were meant to cheer her up but had the opposite effect. Very disappointed.

Didn't come in time! A day late, my mum was visiting for the first time in ages and she didn't get them before she left :( absolutely gutted! When they did come two of the stems were snapped

I order flowers at 11 am for delivery in two days. I emailed to redirect order the same day and had no reply until the day of delivery to say they would not redirect. Poor customer service in my view. Won't use them again .

The flowers were meant to arrive on Monday but arrived 2 days earlier. The recipient had No idea who the flowers were from because the card was not put into the flowers! The recipient had to contact the company to ask who the flowers were from after investigating they apologised that the card had not been put in with the flowers ! V disappointed

I was disappointed with the flowers, they didn't last, and the buds died before they developed, this was an anniversary gift for my wife which was below expected standard.

Amazingly underwealming, looked nothing like the photo, therefore over priced at £25. Died within a few days. All round poor quality flowers. The only posotive is that I’ve learnt my lesson and will only shop at smaller independent retailers in the future. Company driven only by profit and not by quality. Bunches of disappointment

Not good value for money at all. Half the flowers where dead on arrival and hardly any in the bunch.

Not great, delivered 2 days after the date.. didn't include the gift message but instead included the delivery message which stated "please leave at front door if not home". Not the actual message that was due to be left on the gift.

Ordered my flowers 5 days in advance to arrive for my wife’s birthday as a gift from our children and they came a day later. If you can’t guarantee a day with that much notice the customer should be told so they can go somewhere else that can provide a proper service! After finally receiving them most where dead within 2 days. Not worth the money at all!!

Order flowers for a very special occasion 4 days ago and still not arrived. Left me very embarrassed as a consequence. The occasion has now passed so I'm left out of pocket and in the bad books at home. Guess you learn not to use online services who cannot live up to their promises

Always my 'go to' florist online for sending flowers in the UK. I rate the service highly. I like the choices offered and the range to meet all budgets. I have noticed recently an increase in prices but these are still competitive and represent good value for money.
