“The flower arrived half dead and was for my mothers bday. The chocolate tasted cheap and the balloon where so small. Looks nothing like the picture. Very disappoint and won’t be using this site again. Also miss leading as I thought the varse came with in the package”

“I ordered flowers at the start of November & they were the worst flowers I have ever seen I have always ordered from bunches & been pleased but this time I was really disappointed I sent an e mail but got no reply sorry to say I will not be using bunches for any future purchases”

“Flowers arrived a day late. Customer service pointed out delivery is not guaranteed- this should be emphasised to customers as the point of using online companies is that the flowers are delivered. The flowers were just ok and I will not use this company again. Only posting a review to let other people know - I don’t need another response about delivery policy.”

“I was very disappointed and embarrassed. Ordered flowers for my best friends 50th and the picture looked much nicer than what was actually delivered. It was tiny and half dead. Would not use Bunches again.”

“Really disappointed when the flowers turned up in a cardboard box looking flat and lifeless. What I received was not representative of picture shown on website and I feel like I received very little value for what I received, first and likely last purchase”

“The flowers and cake arrived on time which is good. However, the flowers looked like a bunch I could pick up for less than £5 in my local shop. Even the recipient didn’t use the word ‘bouquet’ but ‘bunch’. I’ve ysed Bunches before and been happy but when I saw a photo of the flowers I decided that I won’t use Bunches again.”

“I received the watering can very shabby from my sister in law the one star is for the chocolate lollipop I could not believe how much she had paid for it looks as if it had seen better times the buds are pink and brown as are the 2 roses I will not tell my sister in law as I would not want to up set her the lollipop was wonderful”
